i even added about 1.5 inches of Lead Tape on the top of each side to make it even more head heavy...
last time i tadded lead at 2 and 10 o clock at my pro-smash, can see that the shuttle fly like bullet, but very stressful to my arm...
hey guy, i had tried my nano blade, found that offensive is good, feels like the power beams is works. Weight is between 4U and 3U, so defensive is still good for me, but control is just ok. During the game, i also found that one thing was impressed me---when i smash with nano blade, i didn't feels any pain on my shoulder, this was so great because i can smash harder now without worry my shoulder! like it!
what would be recommended for an intermediate player? I curently have a power smash and power lite... looking for 1 better suited to doubles and 1 for singles..
someone told me wave power series is good for double, it is top range in the series (from their web page) but the price is below infinity series...
bought nano impact and wave power ex last year and found out both is quite nice and price is reasonable compare to its performance. well, previously own a Ti10 but now feels that YY is too expensive for me. nano impact very nice for attacking with the head heavy and the stiff shaft, my favourite racket now. wave power ex is kind of medium stiff shaft but even balance, very nice if play near the net, can response very fast at the net attacking.
hahaha... this thread is drowning quite some time and just saw it floating now. by the way, after my 1st finnex racket which is titanium300, i bought myself an infinity gold few months afterwards as i felt confident with finnex after the 1st low range racket. infinity gold is a nice even balance finnex high end racket, you can feels the solidness and difference feeling (nice feel actually) when hitting the shuttlecock and control is superb for my liking. recommended racket for all...
not really sure whether this website is still the uk distributor/retailer. http://www.badminton4u.co.uk/products.html
haha, nice to see that there are people having the same feeling as I. The time I decided to try for Finnex was quite a daring move I think, as it isn't very popular after all. But after trying it, I just love it and always recommend it to my friends.
ya, i have the same feeling too. sometimes we need to try some new thing to get some surprise either is good or bad...
this website still exists http://www.badminton4u.co.uk/products.html but I don't know if they are still active .. I recently went back to my 2 after using some others they seem a lot better.. PM jameschan5 (from my post higher up) he was very helpful to me..
never saw any shop nearby my place is selling finnex, but I bought it from an online seller indeed. in the beginning is just a try with the low price model and it's perform pretty well, then only I bought the higher end model which serve me excellent until now.
