Just wondering... it's been 2 weeks since the competition closed but still there is no update on their website (http://www.bwflogodesign.com/). It would be nice to let everyone know whats going on considering the hype that was created. enjoy!
Yeah I've been checking the site too... I wonder if they even decided on a winner? I hope they let us know soon!
really? i knew i did not win. nobody asked for the autoCAD version of my logo. it was too simple i think. he h ehe. wonder who won adn what the logo looks like.
we still have no idea who won or what happened! it's been almost 2 months since "The winner will soon be announced on this website". really wonder what's going on...
Yeah I wonder what's happening with this... Maybe those that did enter though could show their logos on this thread? I'm interested to ses what people came up with. I didn't enter as I was under the required age at the time .
that's a good idea! since other participants must also have spend a considerable amount of time and energy into designing their entry into the competition, we also love to see what they came up with. but i think this should happen after IBF reveals the winner.
cool. i will post my logos here after the announcement of the winner. i submitted 5 kinda similar logos with different color scheme for this competition. looking forward to seeing the others too.

Will they ever announce who the winner is.. ...after more than 3 months of waiting?...esp. with about a month to go til the Sudirman Cup in Glasgow..And i believe their grand prize is a free round trip package to either the Sudirman Cup or W.C....hmmmm...
Finally!! Thank goodness.. ...i thought they'll never announce it...and they better hurry up cos the Sudirman Cup is coming up in abt a month(in case the winner wants to go there instead)...
What on EARTH is happening with this? It's reeeally close to the Sudirman Cup already. My guess is that either they decided none of them were good enough and are either going to stick with their current logo or hire a professional graphic designer, OR they're going to finally unveil it at the Sudirman Cup?

Yeah... ..imagine if that's actually the final design...all those troubles us badminton fans have to go through, sweating bullets, day & night to create the ultimate BWF logo design...:crying:..
Well, folks.. ..i think it's finally official...I just visited the BWF website and looks like they will use the same logo as above, except they will use the wording "Badminton World Federation"..Check out their official website: http://www.internationalbadminton.org/ The link to the BWF Logo Competition is no longer there...So much for all our efforts..
