demolidor, well I am confuse with you liking the post...you mean you are for it in general, coup d'etat? I mean, something must be wrong or bad enough for a military takeover in any country or sovereignty.
It was reported here in Hong Kong that many microblogs and twits at Weibo (the twitter of China) were censured last night (Beijing time). Many armoured cars are sighted near the residence of the leaders in Beijing. A few gun shots were heard. One local commentator in Hong Kong said there might be a open split between President Hu and former President Jiang. As for the cause of the split, Bo's incident maybe one of the cause, I guess.
I have been following that news since Wang Lijun asked for US consulate's protection in Feb because the Chinese radio stations here in the Bay Area were talking about that every morning while I was driving to work. Actually the man behind all that is Zhou Yongkang who is one of the most powerful men in Beijing. But this morning I heard that Jiang has decided not to support Zhou. So Zhou and Bo are now on their own. Jiang still has a lot of influence on the military. Without Jiang's support, a lot of analysts think it will end very soon.
