And Jordan/Didit lost to the seeded Japanese pair. So, that concludes R16.

    MD QF
Berry Angriawan/Rahmat Adianto vs Mohd Lutfi Zaim Abdul Khaid/Vountus Indra Mawan [3] - the MAS pair is more experienced. They should take this one.

Hiroyuki Saeki/Ryota Taohata [5] vs Markus Fernaldi Gideon/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra [2] - Markus/Agri to progress.

2 big problems: stamina and mental.

Such an irony, considering PBSI has a bunch of military officers in its management board. :p

based on H2H, Berry/Rahmat beat MAS pair in MAS IC last year. I hope they can repeat that. :D

Spot on! Mental problem is the hardest to overcome!

Mel/Grace's collapse in the Aussie Open 2012 is very common for the other players/pairs too. Suci/Tiara also led 18-12 at the second set of their match against Lee/Shin in WJC 2011 before losing the set and the match eventually.

The thing that irks me most is the tendency for INA players to post their updates on FB or Twitter after their loss....like Greysia Polii.....she mentioned it's part of the process.

No CHN or KOR or JPN players will do such things no matter they win or loss a match!

This is the twitter posted by GP:
"Berusaha terus menerus memang tidak selalu membuahkan HASIL.. Tapi ada juga yg membuahkan PROSES" *wink ;)

Pop culture... What to say? ;)

Viktor Axelsen does that too. Every victory or defeat, he updates the result in his FB page...

Seems like WS QF matches are being played first...instead of XD. Make sense since there are a few players involved in MD matches just now must immediately play XD again.

Both XD pairs have the chance to make it an all-INA FINAL on Sunday. Come on!

And as expected, Hera Desi lost easily in straight-sets.
