If PJB is coming to MAS and these talk of WTM and CSC coming back, is that limiting the head coach's (PJB or whoever that person may be) freedom to hand pick coaches and implement any changes?
Maybe PJB has a plan that may involves revamping the coaching staff, he may not like the current local coaches (that means they are no good) but with all these coaches from CSK, WTM, Rashid, TKR, Pang, etc in place, then PJB has to work with these chaps and cannot implement what he may wants to do.
Like making a movie, you don't pick the players, you first pick the director, then yadayada....unless the producer is sleeping with the stars and tell the director 'Dude, here are the players I pick for ya, now, go make the darn movie and make it real cheap because the movie will bomb and will lose a sh*tload of $$$:p
Revamping MAS baddy fortune is to entrust the power to the head coach, and get rid of the entire stooges department from Nadzmi, NCC, etc. Now, that is impossible to do when NCC and his gang hog the power and the loot ($$$) even when they are totally incompetent for the job. There are still around to continue to loot because Dato saves them...for now;)
So, to all my dear MAS Rakyat...be happy and keep paying. I doubt PJB will come to MAS unless he is in for the loot too, then the pot of loot better be bigger than the Mother of All Loot:D

So who do you think will be axed? I really think CKB should get the boot but they haven't really axed players since Lim Fang Yang.

At the risk of over-simplifying a point, the NA's are supposed to identify the natural resources with potential, and it is their responsibility to convert them into the finished product. If you do not get the finished product you want, then it can be because:

    a) Process is faulty
    b) people applying the process are faulty/incompetent/biased/not qualified
    c) incorrect natural resource identified due to faulty/compromised process of selection and inadequate selection criteria.

How ever I look at it, it's not the players who are really the problem. They are the victims. It is the players whose lives are being messed with.

Sadly, this is true of many NAs.

In MD high possibility are Lufti, Vountus. Yew Hong Kheng, Sant Enos, Tan Yip Jun/Jiun, Tan Wee Tat, not much results, see if TKH wants to give chance cos they young.
CKB maybe, maybe not, depends on how Rashid views this guy. Syawal will be dropped if they havent already done so. The girls wouldnt be axed unless they choose to leave, already so few as it is

LCW tipped DL (seriously?), CWF, CKB, Arif, MRamdan (hopefully he didnt tip him because of Misbun senior) as potential prospects for MAS MS...

Daren's 25 already, 5 more years left for him to shine, if he could last that long. CWF n CKB...maybe. Ramdan has lot to learn, he's a bit lucky he's still got more years to step up. Arif's 23, Im not sure about he's future either. Hmm...suddenly I see 'bleak' future for MAS MS
