I'm still planning on getting the MX-JJS. But was gonna wait for the Revelation/PPro next year. Getting both before XMAS would put a bit of squeeze on my wallet. :(

Kid's college fund isn't until another 14-18yrs. I think I can make some extra $$ later to make up for $$ I take today. :p

Any pre-orders and specs should come to me via PM or email... and I haven't even started my testing yet!

Sir Dink: is the swing wt of the Revelation comparable to the P Pro? Ie do they swing the same given the same specs?

Yes, the swing weight between the Revelation and Precision is comparable.

Precision Pro and Precision = synonymous now. The old Precision is no longer being produced.

How do people find their PP's finish? I've been using mine as a main racquet. It's been in action for approx 40 hours. The paint sort of flakes off the frame so I got this tiny spots of white around the to part of the frame - no clashes.

It's purely cosmetical & I don't mind it at all (battle scars are cool :p). Also like one other(?) here, the end cap flew off on the 1st smash . There goes Mr. Panda's logo! I even said "oooo, flying panda", but no one gets it (a risk of being in the exclusive Panda club I suppose :D).

Again, zero impact on performance. I'm curious - it just doesn't seem to match the rest of the top notch build quality.

Keep up the good work Mr Dink! Next purchase is the Revelation & I'm setting the bar high ;).

PS: Broke the ZM-62 string it came with. Am on BG-65Ti now, not as good but this should break in a few weeks ;).

Yup, I've had that problem. It actually stopped me from selling it to a fellow BC'er cuz I had that paint flake off at the cone.

^^ Whew... that paint flake saved me for the Revelation. :p. But seriously, my P Pro too has a tiny white speck at 11 o'clock from a mishit. Good thing about black paint is that it's easy to patch with black nail polish from the wife. :)

The Revelation will have a protective glossy clear coat.

Going forward all other production rackets, if matte, will come with a matte clear coat.

I've mentioned in an earlier post that a large amount of the butt cap logos had fallen off immediately (i ordered 6. and about 4 of them had fallen off if you remove the plastic wrap).

I've not seen any flaking on the cone yet probably cause i wrap overgrip all the way past the cone. some slight "white" at 11 o clock..just do to wear and tear.

Yah... sharpie works well for matte black, whereas nail polish for rackets with clearcoat.

^^ No paintjob just clearcoat. If you have 100% all woven, you've got to flaunt it! :D
