if he goes out and fight his best despite his injury, even if he doesn't win the medal, he will forever gain the respect from his fans and other badminton fans for his fighting spirit. and maybe if he goes down fighting, that will show his countrymen what fighting spirit is all about, since it looks like the rest of the squad has very little of it.

LCW - for the knee injury, he was given 2 options, surgery or non surgery. As we know,he chose non surgery. Now we know what the injections back then were. LCW did very well back from the knee injury.
WMC- for a time yes, she did quite well, which year she SS finals? She was also advised to go for surgery which she refused. Knee Surgery for WMC meant she might as well retire.

I suppose it depends on severity of injury, WMC's one is long standing one which look like only surgery can repair, plus its both knees

I still strongly feel he can turn this "misfortune" into a blessing. As long as those fools at BAM don't meddle with him and his mind every now and then. The only thing they should be made to do is buy Morten Frost's services as a special consultant to LCW for the next 4 months, no matter the cost. And then leave MF alone, as well. It may be best for Malaysia if they go into coma for the next 4 months....

Sure fighting spirit is another mark of a star provided he is not injured and plays on even ground.

If he is lucky and has fully recovered by then, sure he should gi for it

Sure fighting spirit is another hallmark of a star provided he is not injured and plays on even ground.

If he is lucky and has fully recovered by then, sure he should go for it despite the mental baggage he still has to carry. After all this is his last chance to win the gold medal, although all odds are against him.

Unfortunately in his present state and considering the spate of injuries and sickness he had to endure recently, the probability of another injury cannot be ruled out. How can he perform his best under such circumstances? He and MAS want the gold medal. Anything less will not suffice because he lost to LD in Beijing and had to be satisfied with the silver.

He can show all his fighting spirit in LOG without avail, I'm afraid.

Wow, I just witnessed the fighting spirit of Sung Ji Hyun in coming back from behind to defeat WR1 WYH 21-14 in G1!

Where is this place? Hospital? Do they have badminton courts in hospitals?

Like the words on the T-shirt.

With this ankle injury, pressure of winning Msia's 1st OG gold has already shifted to the track cyclist,Azizulhasni. Datuk is just expected to show up & play the best he can under the circumstances. Whatever the outcome, he can then announce retirement and rest as long as he wants.

LCW, ditch the CNI Cendawan Susu Harimau and drink Anlene and take Glucosamine like my mom. She can lift big pasu bunga which I cannot lift :D This method with that stem cell treatment, speedy recovery...

I think this is about sending Get Well cards for LCW. Can someone translate(better than google translate that is). Is Joe Lee LCW's eldest bro?

    有哪位球迷想把你们的卡片寄给李宗伟,可以寄到以下地址,谢谢。公司地址No. 1-2 Jalan Puteri 4/9, 47100 Puchong, Selangor , Malaysia.

    谢绝鮮花,因為沒有人簽收。谢谢。 转自joe lee

"If anyone'd like to send greetings or get well soon card to Lee Chong Wei, you can do so by posting to the mentioned address. Thanks but please do not send fresh flower as no one would be at the receiving end to sign the package.

    Thanks,
