Yeah but I do find smoking really damage stamina, personally smoking a few a day... caused myself to find my performance deteriorating after about 2 months...

Indeed... though it feels really good, it is far too damaging for anyone aspiring to be a top athlete IMO... hence I've already stopped for 2 weeks now, though I still get the venomous urges sometimes. Must get into decent fitness for uni games

Yupz.. She acted badly in last IO.. Maybe too much pressure coz maria is so unpredictable..

chris, i had been down with high fever this few days..not able to post in the forum though...my whole body was very hot and i cant able to get up from my bed also:crying::crying::crying:
i have been suspected dengue fever and admitted to hospital for 1 day.for some checkup and blood test..luckily its not so serious and its not a dengue..
but i still needs rest and need to play some badminton and smash like crazy juz like lee chong wei again!
