well TH-coded racquets are known to be not durable due to their limited technology in wielding the racquet's shaft... I have seen it happen to similar model form TH-coded.. And the wielding was not pretty....
All the racquets are Made In Japan, so there shouldn't be anything to do with the technology in Thailand. My guess will be that from each production batch the lightest weight racquets are shipped to Thailand for sale at a cheaper price. Of course, the lighter the racquet is, the bigger is the chance that the composite materials are less dense and the racquet may break more easily.
LOL I've experienced this happening before aswell in a league game, and the racket was completely genuine yonex racket, UK coded :S...
That depends more on your local distributor than anything else . Unless ofcourse they satisfy the japanese demand first and there's nothing left for the rest .
TS, this racket was manufactured in Jun 2006, even if you keep it for 4 years, the material would have been deteriorated, not to mention it has been used for at least a few years. Did you buy it new recently?
now my turn the have the same problem, the shaft on my NS9000 has the same crack line at the same spoty. It looks like just right below the titanium T join. There is no clash with other racket. I dare not so use it any more in case the whole racket head fly off during my smash.
