I think the BS LYD is the racket you're searching for.

Loved this racquet so much, I just bought another one.

There are none left for sale anymore here where I am for at least a couple of months ... Good thing I picked 2 up =]

Tuned the grip size by adding a single layer grip to it, and it was a lot better. And for the string, it snapped because of a mishit. Cannot complain, so the tuning continues. Any suggenstions about the string to use from those who love this racket?

Yes, but because I wanted to stick close to VS850, I considered BG80 and BG66 Sharp even more!

Anyone tried BS15 and BS LYD yet?
Can someone confirm that they're the same racket, just with different looks?

I don't see any arguments why there should be two different named rackets in the market (for Victor) if they're the same.
If they are really the same racket, a naming convention like BS 15 (LYD) would make more sense. Whatever, I still doubt they're the same racket...

They aren't the same racket. The 15 has an 'optimetric' head like the Carlton Vapour Trails, and the LYD has a slightly shorter head (about 4mm) but the width is the same as a regular Bravesword.

    Hi BCers,

This might sound stupid but just want to ask, if the BS LYD Singapore(SG) or Taiwan(TW) version has more in value or are there any different in qualities? Something like Yonex sp(cheaper) and jp coded(pricey)??

    Any input will be appreciated.

    Cheers

BS LYD is now available in the UK for £100 at Central Sports. The MX70 is now also available.

Lol. Recently released and already a discount?! Really nice price...!

I'm getting one from my local seller. I pay 120£ - 125£ / 140€ At least it's coming strung by himself :)
Very probably that I receive my new racket next week - exciting :D

Does someone know why the BS LYD model is cheaper than the other models from the BS serie? Even in Switzerland (high price country, you know) the BS LYD is (a lot) cheaper than other high end rackets. But why?!

P.S. Why the MX70 is coming to Europe that lately is really questionable...

    Hi everyone,
I would to know if someone have bought a G3 version of this racket?

On Badminton-Shop Jena, BS LYD is noticed as a G2 version, however I send them a message for confirmation and they finaly say that it was a writting error on their website :(
    > I'm wondering if the G3 version really exists.

    I also have a question.
I would like to know what will be the Yonex racket which will looks like to BS LYD in term of balance

@Arbalest: I've also asked the Jena Shop. Seems to be that my doubts were legetimate when they confirmed me their G3-declaration.
Very probably every europe seller got the S2 only due the fact their official distributor is Victor International (Germany) - what a stupid and confusing name for a company which is delivering Europe only.

Mine will be DEL-coded too (I'm from Switzerland). But next time I'd better purchase from oversea (again), because I don't wanna support Victor International (Germany) anymore:eek: There are so many rackets not available in Europe.
Another problem is that Europe is getting the newest rackets with months (!) later...

To the last question: Arcsaber10 is stiff(-), BS LYD too.
Arcsaber10 is even balanced - for me it's very slightly head heavy, BS LYD is head heavy (-)

I will share my minds between my two white rackets :D - yep, it's the Arc10 PG.
