i've called racket supply a local badminton retailer and they told me that tension spreaders that you put on the 6 and 12 oclock to keep the frame from cracking is suppose to be custom made for each stringer. is that true? if it is, where do i find two for a forten machine? please help!
It's partly true - the spreaders aren't "custom made" for each machine, but not every machine will accept the standard type. A picture of the machine in question would help.
thank you Mark, i will try to get a picture on this thread as soon as i figure out how to post a picture trying to figure out how to post it from my phone, and actually, i think the ones you've posted will probably work, but of course i will actually have to try it since looking at it cannot allow me to determine whether it will fit or not. i'll check the HK badminton stores. thx for the info!
