Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 26-Aug-2012 (A Short Report) Because Jane-Z, Lisa-L, Daisy-L and Markus-H missed out on the chapter on Level Doubles – (Players' Positions) : How to play 'Level Doubles' in terms of court-coverage, we went through this chapter again. Some comments: 1. Don't know what happened to Theo-D. Hope that he is OK. 2. For Brendan-L, Timothy-T, James-L and Federick-A, you trainees are now rotating and sharing the court with less problems. 3. For Jane-Z, Lisa-L, Daisy-L and Markus-H, you trainees need to have more practice. 4. Some reminders: * Do not look behind you once the shuttlecock has passed you. This is to prevent the shuttlecock from hitting your face. * Your 'Service Signal' to your partner must be very clear. It is best for the partner to say 'Yes' or 'OK', to conform that he/she have seen the signal. 5. etc, etc, etc, ... Lunch after our session was held at Crown Food Court. .

Best Badminton Breathing System will be taught on Sunday 02-Sep-2012 . On Sunday 02-Sep-2012, we shall do the lesson on 'Best Badminton Breathing System'. This lesson will help trainees to keep up with the oxygen-level throughout a rally/match. I don't remember if any of our current trainees have done this lesson before. .
