Have not seen these guys play. But i love the korean mixed pair. That lost to China in the AE09 mixed final. Theyr showing alot of potential if they become a bit more consistant and confident.

Im not a newbie lol. I took 1.5 years off which include end of 2007 and 2008 from badminton. So i missed any international competition from this period. And since iv been back into badminton full on for the past 2 months or so iv only watched the 2009 AE matches.

DONT DO IT!!! giving up baddy for that period of time was the worst decision of my life!
STick to it even if you just reduce playing time until you feel your ready to fall in love with the sport again :)

    JJS/LYD vs. KKK/TBH 2:0

JJS came back with higher mental strength, while
LYD showed something that he's really improved in the power and speed of his jump smash! :)

They always make difference in the final stage of the games! That's from mental strength and triumphal spirits. :)

    (After Sudirman 2009)

I need to mention this; especially MD is all of partnership that means a single player can't make it. Any players should admit his lost humbly and he did.

During the time Fu/Cai had full partnership through the military training, Europe tours, LYD couldn't play with his partner for a couple of months due to JJS's real military training. Even though they had little time to play again, at this even they beat all the giants Koo/Tan, the Danes(Boe/Mogensen), Hendra/Ahsan(I thought Kido will show up anyhow) in straight games. Even in the game against Cai/Fu, they were showing their consistency after loss in the first game until they were come back finally.

    That's unbelievable.

As I always mentioned, LYD is a player of intelligence - he's a quick learner.
Even to my view, Fu had especially improved a lot and they deserve the victory. However, I still go for JJS/LYD in the next match against the chinese players for their consistency in the power, basics, rotations, defense/offense, strategy; all of essence of Mens' Doubles.

    Cong to Fu/Cai. :)

One more thing worth recording is...

LYD in every team match in 2009 Sudirman, he played two matches, XD and MD. As he does this, he can't excuse about that. Anyhow...

So, china had tactics about that by

    - preparing a new partnership of ZB/YY not ZB/MJ for multi purposes to hinder LYD especially. They made LYD run a lot to get tired early before his another match of MD.
    - LD finished the match as early as possible that made LYD not take enough rest.
    - Fu/Cai, in the 1st game, could capitalized on that with fast-pace managing of the game. But they couldn't as LYD got awaken as he came to know their tactics. But it was too late; he's already tired out. JJS had also usual problem in his lifting cause he's not still get the sense of play. Instead, Fu/Cai especially had practiced to beat JJS/LYD most of all.

Tactically Korea lost to China again in China.

I do admire LYD and I believe most of us here, but maybe it's good for him to lost in both events, it shows that he is still a human being:cool: imagine if he win, maybe people will start worship him:eek::D
