Maybe they are open at that time. Some really come early for the warm ups anyway. It's okay if there are only 3 of you. They'll pair you with the other players there anyway.

    Have fun tomorrow.

    hey..
    long time never post..
i normally reach nusa at 6.30 am when i trained there. and after that 6.50 like that starts warming up already. Normally every morning around 6 a.m like that they already start their own training. So if i suggest that you reach there 7 something if you wish to train more. less jam.. now i stop going nusa already la. i have a personal reason.

Today was not too bad lah, after the warm up played a 5 point game for the coach to determine our standard, then trained all round(court) and then smashing. I enjoyed the smashing. Hehehe.

With 5 hours of sleep the night before, I must say I survived pretty well.

But I realised that the earlier session the players are really 'more serious', as Meldy put it. By the 10-12noon I could see a different set of standard of play altogether. The 1st session were more for state players and the like.

Think I would prefer the 10-12 noon one.:p

Oh, and nice meeting you, Meldy. :)

No wonder everyone was sweating by the time we reached.. lol.

Well you sound as if you're happy with your current training.. so not that much of loss for you, no matter what the reason.:)

Sabah is a little too far right?

Anyway i saw the hall last time i went to Sabah. Very nice court and facilities there. The hosts are even better! So its worth the money if anyone trains there.

    Haha Ants,

Thank you for the Prop. Sabah Misses you already.

Actually KK is very near for our Singaporean Friends. Direct flights between Kota Kinabalu and Singapore with Silk Air. Yes, the primary training centre is nice : http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20305&highlight=test

Cool. Training Set up is pretty much running the year through. Barring some festival celebrations of course. I'm not a trainee or trainer but I like what I see about the training set up.

    cheers.

I'm a representative for the club. I won't be there most of the time but you can call me.

If I was the coach or the training player... I would be too busy at the courts to be online now to inform you about the club right ;)
