Obviously Foxy is closed without their consultation, but Titans is open to public, our committee ensure the standard is kept at the competitive level to ensure interest and fun is maintained for all members. If player is borderline C grade level, the committee will watch them play a few games with us, to see if compatible to our group's level or not. Please don't take rejection as personal, this is a social club for Melbourne level A to C grade players only in the eyes of the committee. There are other various beginner social groups in Melbourne.
b33fy's resource is separate to BC . If some groups may refuse players as the standards are too disparate, then I should say that it's for their group's sake. For us at BadmintonCentral, anyone enjoying Badminton should be welcomed. .

I agree with Cheung. People or groups posting on the forum should have the freedom to allow or disallow others from playing with them. If part of the group rules are a minimum standard (and long as they are up front with it) then so be it. Robbo77 has stated that they will assess those who are unsure and has stated that this is not personal. Every club or group is entitled to run their session how they want, whether that be max attendees, cost, minimum standard, membership only, invite only, etc.
