    this 'look' is invented by you :mad:

    and misbun failed as a coach because he got that 'look' when lcw was in trouble :confused:

    amazing! just amazing! i am speechless...:eek::confused::(

    as i said lcw maybe clueless as he wasn't expecting lin dan to read his game so well

    also you mentioned misbun should be responsible for the failures,

    can you find me those coaches that can guarantee success so that there wouldn't be any losers? :D

    did i mention TXH wasn't a factor at all for LD's success in TC2010??..

    ..please read carefully what i wrote..;)
    Btw, i feel TXH's factor is less than 50% to LD's success (abt 30-35%, max). Others might think otherwise (at abt 50% or even more)...how abt you? how much percentage would you factor TXH in LD's success??..

    ..because some might say "TXH's presence has a lot to do with LD's success", whilst some might say "TXH's presence has minimal to do with LD's success"..then there are some who are trying to be neutral by saying "TXH has some influence"..then what is "some"?? can we put a number? aahh..but don't worry, we're just throwing up numbers..:cool:

    It's great to find that our BCers do share different opinions

    .
    Our opinions are just OUR opinions.

    It's great to find that some of our BCers do share different opinions. :):):)

    then i choose to use scale of 1 to 10...:D:D
    i think TXH presence contributed to scale of 5 that influence LD's success...:D:D

    ..or if one doesn't want to use numbers, then one can simply say "a lot" or "minimal"..but even then, those sound too general; so they'll use numbers like 10%-40% for "minimal" or 60%-90% for "a lot"..

    ctjcad, are you trying to teach us here in bc

    to use numbers when we express our opinion

    and if we don't want we can still use ''a lot'' or ''minimal''

    either way is there any difference?

    What is the difference?

    .
    :D:D:D What is the difference?

    Perhaps;
    * Less than 50% ... = not sure
    * 50%................... = half sure
    * More than 50% .. = more sure
    :):):)

    I understand that you make yourself useful in this forum by contributing statistics about SS winners and all, but if you are here to only say this, don't come in this sub-forum. Looks like you forgot the tournament this year where your location is.

    And no, this is nothing related to freedom of speech or whatever. It is just that we just have too much of these comments lately, and it doesn't contribute anything besides running down every player except LD.

    Shortform for Original Poster, the fellow who started the thread with the question

    Haha, since we're into numbers, more than yours for sure. 50% to 55%, in terms of LD winning major titles. If 'normal' tournaments, it's ok, the usual coach will do.
    Now I recall......you dont consider the 'coach' factor as much as I do, that's what I understood from your PM.

    Or
    0 to 14 % = will NOT win lah
    15 to 20% - low chance
    21 to 40% - have so so chance to win
    41 to 50% - ok chance to half half
    51 to 70% - quite sure
    70% and above- sure win one lah
    :p:p:p

    Hehe, I think it was a bit too much though. :p I was just not very happy to see the same comments again and again, but nevermind, it will not affect me in my day-to-day lives. :D
