cut the very well loved Ashaway ZM65 off the Adipower Duoforce to put in the Adidas Power Balance 69. On machine it feels kinda like BG80. 0.69mm, well texture, medium stiff.

I had it strung at 23/25.3lbs and will test it out today. hopefully Adidas will surprise me again but i am not giving it much hope as it is supposed to be a balanced string that sits bang in the middle of Adidas string chart. we will see how it goes. if it is indeed for completely balance play than there is nothing exciting and i will put in some other interesting string.

stringing video is processing. did just over 18mins for this one, as the string has a good body and smooth to the pull. very easy to string

A light colour. Think white would compliment best without affecting its colour scheme.

Interestingly, spec is the same as a 4U BS12.

Too headlight for me, however (current racket is 89g / 304mm). Why is it do you think that you can generate decent power compared to other rackets of the same or similar spec?

    RKEP.

the white isn't that good. today was hot and sweaty day, and the tackiness isn't too great. but then at the same time, there aren't that many good white and tacky grips around either.

balance point is just one number. the actual balance distribution also matter. the duoforce has a mass concentration around the low part of the frame. from 4 o'clock to the T. similar to what one would expect to feel on a Ti-10.

also the material matters, balance and weight distribution is just one part of the equation.

and not just decent power, excellent power and speed. best all arounder as i said in the review.

Hehe... I wasn't too far off with my estimate of 36.9g head wt on page 1 ;)

Btw, what's the frame cross section like, bravesword, aero? Does it make a high pitch swishing sound?

after staring at the racket's new look, yes. white string + white grip is the best color for it.

I forgot to mentioned this before, but I think your racket will look even better with white tape. Put one on and snap another pic to make us all drool. lol!

Im planning to buy this. Currently using nanoray 800. Is it a good idea because i normally switch racket between sets coz i sweat a lot and i need 2 rackets with similar performance. Was thinking to get either this or bs12 or nanoray z speed. Help me out guys. Confuse which one to go

    Definely not Z Speed!

This Duoforce would be an excellent backup for your NR800. If it's as good as kwun says, this may eventually even be your main go to racket. :D

Does anyone have any idea on how I could get my hands on a Duoforce in Toronto? I want to try one really badly.

Unfortunately Duoforce is not going to be widely sold for now, not NA nor EU. I've only seen it listed on MBS.

You can blame kwun for creating a previously nonexistent demand for it. :p
