My dad would've voted for Christian Hadinata or Tjun Tjun if he were a member here and I'd wouldn't know who is who and who's predominantly where on the court either.

Christian played in front, Ade Candra provided power at the back. Tjun Tjun and Johan Wahjudi were interchangable front and back.

On Gillian Clark's(the lady commentor) claim KKK is the best frontman on the world and all the criticism that went with it.

KKK is the best front man TODAY amongst, Hendrawan, Cai Yun , Lee Yong Dae, Jens Eriksen and yes even The Great Tony G. Tony has aged and though he still packs a nasty punch but nowhere near his peak early in the century.

I wonder why also korea's Ha, Kim DM, older Lee and Yu are not in the polls, between them they won many WCs,All Engs, and Ogs for all time front men.

Also, although they did not win many majors, Yap Kim Hock and Soo Beng Kiang were fantastic front men especially the latter with his wristy net play.

As for Sigit, pharmaceutically powered during his best years marred his reputation and did not reach anywhere near his best performance after his return form suspension.

If you speaks about recent performance then I guess Hendra Setiawen is better than KKK, if you speaks about all time then KKK is not even near what Tony G has achieved.

But I think KKK, CY, HS and LYD are very close in terms of level and skills in today's badminton.

i got ha tae confused with tae ha.
i assumed that everyone watching the video knows tony's partner was halim.
IMO, the poll is pretty accurate, that's why i said the poll wasnt necessary:p
Halim is a great smasher but this thread is about best frontman.

    Tan Kim Her? :p

Halim is no way near as good as Tony in front - he's pretty lethal from the back though.
