As expected, Joachim Fischer-Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen beat Mohd Rijal/Vita Marissa in 3 tight sets. They will face Koo Kien Keat/Ng Hui Lin for a place in the SF.

In the QF tomorrow, Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir will face a winnable tie against Chen Hung-Ling/Chou Chia-Chi.

Wow, Lydia beat Yip Pui Yin in straight sets 21-15 21-17. Without WMC, MAS WS still has 2 rep in QF...

Firda lacked aggression in her match, could have beaten Pi. On the other hand, Saina got a very hard workout from the TPE girl, almost lost that one.

Lydia showed pretty good defence and better temperament than last year.

Julia had an easy rubber game 'cos Petya can't stop making errors.

Hafiz, I think is out of touch with the way the modern MS game is being played.
