Bought the Phiten 100% titanuim chain yesterday. Wore it overnight. My back is usually stiff in the morning and this morning, no stiff back. Quite happy with my purchase.

    I was surprised too.
Actually, that's more to it but I didn't want to sound like a Phiten salesman (I'm NOT) or explain my long story. Want to test some more first.
I hv a medical condition in my left hand (arterio-venous malformation). I was born with a defective left a lower arm and hand. It's always "cold" (due to poor blood flow) and always in pain. Every morning when I wake up, I can't clench my left fist. On the first morning after using Phiten, I woke up and I felt no pain in my left hand and I could clench my fist. I was so happy.
Last nite, went and played badminton. Still play like **** (even Phiten can't help here...hehe) but recovery was much faster. Muscle still sore but not tired like usual.
This morning, left arm and hand still feel warm and no pain. Overall, body feel fresher than most mornings.
I bought it more for my left arm and hand than for badminton. There's no cure for it, so any form of (non-medicine) relieve is worth trying.
So far, I'm glad I bought it.

At the All England 2008, the necklaces and whatevers don't seem to be working too well ;)

I guess the only titanium that really works is that little bit in the racquet frames

    PS: From elsewhere
"You could no more trust an athlete’s belief that a titanium necklace helps his performance than you could trust his belief that he wins because he is wearing his lucky underpants. Athletes gain advantage with improved training or equipment derived by science. But that means independent testing and verification. Titanium necklaces are pseudoscience."

i bought the 100% titanium chain (60cm). don't really like the look (like gangster's chain) but it's the only type available that is 100% titanium.

If ppl can truly believe that by wearing a titanium necklace can turn them into winners or champions then they deserve to lose.
I wore my necklace to play badminton yesterday, like i said, i still played like ****. just that the recovery was faster. nothing can help if skill is not developed.
