my drop is average, my clear from a back court suck(cant hit from my back court to opponent back court), i can smash but cant jump smash. i play around twice a week. i am a lesiure player no coach have teach me before. and i borrow a nano9000s from somebody like few days ago, i like that racquet but it need alot back effort to clear the shuttle from the back. i hope there is sumthing cheaper then nano9000s but have the same feeling with it and slightly head heavier. if there is need i would save money to buy a more expensive racquet

there is nothing wrong with ti-10. there will be no racket that can improve one's technique, skill or etc.....

if u can't even do a back court with light racket...there is no point to u even give u a head heavy racket >.<....or maybe u need find an even balanced racket =D

anyway...stil the same.. u need to go the badminton shop and swim by ur own hand to get the right feel....unless u are a person tat can easy used to any new racket =)

and what the reason make u don't like Ti-10?? the paint job?? or ...???

If you don't have the power then try going with a lower tension to give you more power.

If dont like stiff shaft, try medium flexi. Have a look at RSL 7490, and play with lower tension as phandrew mentioned (21-24lbs). If YY minded, MP66/NS5k should be alright.

sure there is different....yonex always feel more solid than Apacs racket...and apacs is 4U while yonex is a 3U if not mistaken....but most of the feel they can feel more solid is come from advan player....for me i think there is 20~30% different (for my Edgesaber10 compared to ArcSaber10)

he scared to get a wrong racket...but actually u can try apacs clone series...if u don't make a very powerful smash , jump smash like those TOP player in the world.....u have no worries about the durable...apacs clone series is easy to use....if u wan just go Apacs nano 900 power (white)[clone of Armortect 900 techni) which have less head heavy compared to apacs nano 900 power(red) [clone of Armortect 900 power and head heavy than white]...

u just can get the racket with RM120 and singapore doller $60~70 only...it's cheap enough brother =D

but if u have high budget...just go for Yonex... =D

    alternative available

    Hi chongkiatz,
U r right to state that there are other rackets which are cheaper than those established brands. Apacs is one of them. However, Proace is another good alternative. Proace Thunderbolt 2, Proace Platinum Dream and Proace ABS 1000 are all very good rackets. Much cheaper than those established brand.:p

This has very little to do with the racquet you use.
This has all to do with your basic hitting technique.

You need to get someone to show you the right method.
That will save you energy, money, time and heartburn :)

Gold, i would suggest save your money and spend it on 1to1 coaching sessions instead.

Gold you still haven't answered the questions i asked on the first post

    - What is your playing style?
    - What is your budget?
    - Are you a serious or recreational player?
    - What BP do you want? Heavy head, even balance or head light?
    - What stiffness do you want? Extra stiff, stiff, medium, flexible or extra flexible

Check out the singapore section here in BC.
    They have sessions.

All you have to do is to pay for the rental and shuttles.

If you do not need to get a Yonex racquet, for the budget you have, I recommend look for Victor, Head, Prince, Wilson and Carlton. These are brands available in Singapore.

For your budget, you can get the top end racquet from any of these brands and they should perform very well and they also have a wide range of models that you can choose from which will be suitable for you.
