To be honest, Lydia Cheah is not a skillful player. Just lob and drop, hardly smash or agressive play..

Do you even know who Susan Egelstaff is? -_______-
She is already 28, and a very experienced player and known to have given several top players a run for their money before. I wouldn't put my money on Lydia to win this encounter.

No need to put money, Lydia already lost.:p Looking at the match schedule, Lydia's WS & WD matches were quite close together. 1 hr-1.5 hrs difference I think

wmc can still contribute in team events. No harm continue playing since no one can beat her. She need to keep her games in 2. Stamina is a mind block for her. Hopefully the fitness consultant can help out to do the rambo training to keep her fitter. ;)

Mas really has do something about its womens' singles position.
WMC is good enough for just two games which she must win; she lacks the stamina for 3 games and invariably loses in the 3rd game as happened in her matches against XAY and SN. She is also not in her early 20s.
Julia Wong is doubtful after surgery for her injury.
The Cheah sisters are so so and LC should'nt have lost to the 28 year old player from Scotland.
The other singles players are unpredictable and have not even been placed as reserves.
The recently appointed BAM coaching/performance top brass have to find a solution to the dire situation or else Mas WS may lose out for good to its nearest southern neighbor from JB.

What happened with Michelle Li of Canada ?
I read on Gail Emm's Twitter that there was a problem during a match today with this player, nut didn't understand what, and I don't find any news reporting this...
