There are two times of the first group ranked competition every yr in Taiwan.
Pai Hsiao Mar got the champion on 18th this month finally since she was always in the second place.

I hope to see TY compete with Pai in semi finals of US open if they advance grade all

Tai TY ran out of gas in the Semis of the 2010 U.S. GP Gold vs. Uchida (maybe the back to back tourneys and long trip took a toll on her??)..imo, she needs to increase her stamina & fitness if she is to challenge that WJC WS Queen from Thailand..

You are right. She is too young to every ways after all. However, I still give her applause since it won't be easy for her age. I'd like her to break into top 30 of BWF world ranking after CHINESE TAIPEI GRAND PRIX GOLD 2010. Hope that my prediction will come true.

The update of Tzu Ying 's word ranked is 41 this week.
I have still think he will come to top 30, although she didn't play well in the latest two championships.
Tai Tzu Ying, fights for yourself. Hope to see your outstanding show of CHINESE TAIPEI GRAND PRIX GOLD 2010 at your home.

2010 Chinese Taipei GP Gold: Tai Tzu Ying's draw is out

    .
Looking at the draw (just released) for the 2010 Chinese Taipei GP Gold, Tai Tzu Ying will be facing Mong Kwan Yi (HKG) in Round 1.

Should TTY defeat MKY, then it is expected that TTY should be facing Jie Yao (NED) again.
JY defeated TTY, 17-21, 21-9, 21-14, at the 2010 Macau Open GP Gold 3 days ago.

    Source: http://tournamentsoftware.com/sport/draw.aspx?id=8E7078C7-3016-44AA-B8A3-7748D3CD8DF2&draw=3

Hope to find TTY moving into higher rounds back home.

Tzu Ying is in quarter finals and will challenge Cheng Shao Chieh tomorrow.
This is meaningful event , at least I thought, because both TY and Cheng are outstanding players in this field of Taiwan. I 'd like to see who will in the semi finals.

The girl on TY's left side is Cheng Wen-Hsing who just gained the champion of WD three times in succession.
And another girl is Hsu Ya Ching who battled with Bae Seung Hee and took the lead wtih 18 to 14 advantage , but she lost the game by 18-21, 21-17,19-21 finally. It's a pity.

As TTY's coach said to TV Media :" She did not play well this time", and therefore she stopped at quarter finals. Cheng Shao Chieh won the championship in the tournament because she played several aggressive games. I really praised Cheng for her great skill.
My prediction comes true. This week of BWF world ranking, Tzu Ying is top 29 and Cheng is top 49.

Congratulations for Tzu Ying and Hope to see TY can greatly advance in skill like Cheng Shao Chieh.

Kaoshiung International Challenge 2010 will open from Nov 24 to 28. That is the first time that BWF agreed to use Kaohsiung city instead of Chinese Taipei. Our mayor spoke to media when she visited to nation-wide badminton championship

It is great to see Kaohsiung jumping into badminton sport. Never got the chance to visit Kaohsiung while I was in Taiwan, maybe next time when
    I go back to Taiwan...

Welcome. Kaohsiung is promoting tourism as the beautiful harbor city.
In recent years, we, as Kaohsiung citizens, can see the efforts of city government.

Yep, Kaohsiung is really a beautiful harbor city with its own unique southern atmosphere, quite different than Taipei.
Certainly hope this tournament will be a successful badminton event...
