Additional 1 thing. Normally its not so congested at court 9 when we utilised 4 courts.

This situation arises when there is a huge gap among the levels of the players in such a large group. This often results in a game finishing too quickly when there is a gross mismatch of opponents. As such, the game finishes in less than 5 min, and our "heros" haven't even started to sweat.. so they go on to the next game.. and the next game.. and the next game.. until they meet a real opponent who can satisfy their desire to burst their lungs and cramp their legs.
Since u have 4 courts, u should make an "unofficial ranking".. starting from court 6 for the weakest players, and court 9 for the strongest players. That way, the players can wait at the court they are most comfortable with. If they start at court 6, and find that people (like me) there are too easy to beat, then they move on to court 7.. and so on.. Rick will be waiting at court 9.. LOL.
Of course.. there will be people who wants to play with the ladies, but then, they will have to adapt to that level of play, and not grumble about return home with a dry shirt.

The Question is who wanna be THE HERO to Grade all the players...

 

True like what you say. You can easily control if its only 2 courts. When come to 4 courts, you will have this problem.
By imposing grading, we will have others issue as well. Lower rank player would want to improve and play with higher rank player, while higher rank player would like to play with same level, and sooner the group become less fun as you will only see same bunch of player in court 9 and court 6.

I think at the moment its better to go into court in pairs, choose your regular partner instead of going in alone. If its not balance, split the stronger pair to make it more fun.

 

This is a good idea.. never been tried before.. u should put up the listing of players according to pairs, instead of individuals. I want to partner fookimean. u allow or not?

 

Sure sure. You take fookimean. No problem. Im sure fookimean want to partner u as well.

We no need to list down the pairings, let the players choose moment before they go into courts. For example, I will invite those stand around me to go for the game, while waiting for another 2 players to fill in other side of the court.

3) Upcoming months, for PERMANENT PLAYERS:
i) Play 3 times / month @ RM38
ii) Play 4 times / month @ RM50
iii) Play 5 times / month @ RM60

currently we have 17 permanent player, wont it be cheaper if we booked 2 courts for 1 month?

 

Now we had increase from 2 to 3 permanent court. 4th court will be based on how many adhoc players.

Now we fix at RM50 for 4 session due to insuffucient fund. When more permanent playes, we only can accept 5 ~ 13 adhoc players. If we have less permanent players, then we can reduce to RM45 per 4 session.

Just some simple calculation:-
1) Assuming 17 permanent + 5 adhoc (3 court)
Collection @ RM12.50 x 17 + RM15.00 x 5 = RM287.50

Expenses:-
1) 3 court @ RM44 = RM132
2) Shuttles @ RM4.50 x 34 = RM153 (average we use around 32~35 shuttles)

Balance: RM2.50

**If we use less shuttle, there will be balance to roll over to following week.
**If there is anyone didn't turn up after put in name, captain has to loss.
**Sometimes we play at empty neighbour court, we consume more shuttles.
**If we have 24 players (additional RM30), we can extend 30 mins.

For instance, last night captain loss > RM10 due to over used on shuttles qty.

 

oo ok i tot we werent making advance booking to get better rates.
