Kinda surprising position for NR750 (at least when compared to the old position of NS7700) and also updated with the Voltric I-Force:
Update from Yonex official website. Includes Z Speed. http://yonex.com/products/badminton-racquet-matrix/
I don't understand why they put control and power in the X axis and head heavy and head light in Y axis and then putting Voltric range in the middle (meaning balanced control and power while head heavy), nanoray in power, arcsaber in control Edit: oh, got the answer from 1 page before. translation error and pretty misleading. it should be hold (control) and repulsion (power) head heavy and head light is actually that tells you if the racket got power or not
The left side labeled as Control is described as course control. It is a bit more confused if it is put it the word "Hold". The right side is labeled as "Speed focused" as a quick repulsion. It seems like the Y axis is being characterized in the weight balance against head light or heavy. It is more tangible expression. The X-axis is more like an intangible expression related to skill. It uses a phrase - focusing to the control of course (left side) and the speed by repulsion power (right side). I think this type of chart is pretty well set when presenting both physical character and in-tangible measure.
Any idea where a musclepower will fit in this matrix. I assumed it to be somewhere between the arcsabers and Cabs, but I could be wrong.
dear chili: yes, actually YONEX is from Japan. and something product from make in china, but actually also original one.
Where do the nanoray 70dx, nanoray 90dx, voltric zeus, arcsaber d11 fit into the matrix? I have been searching for a long time and cannot find the latest one. Any help appreciated. Hi all, I'm new on Yonex's racket. Just wondering if anyone can advice me between VT80, VTZF, ARC11TH is it suitable for me? I normally play doubles and do a lot of smashing and drive. I will play singles once in a while.
