Ok. Thanks. Actually when I saw this news, I didn't know where to post and since it writes a lot about ZZ, so I posted here.
ZZ is KLRC's favourite son . ZZ is KLRC's favourite son. As Andrew Kam said; the six-year-old club’s challenges and his dream is to produce an Olympic champion. It looks like ZZ could be a good contender by 2016, at the Rio de Janeiro Games. Hope that ZZ with KLRC can do it. .
Most of them are threats. The trio and Victor. Perhaps, there might is a hidden talent somewhere that did not emerge yet. Bear in mind, LCW was a darkhorse in his early days. No one could have imagine what he could achieve. I do hope that ZZ will preserve on. In all honesty, this is just a start of a great journey. Both for ZZ and KLRC. Things may change, but the challenge is to evolve faster than the change.
zul might have a better career than lcw because he is more intelligent but can he be dominant in ms,it remain a question we can only hope zul will have a healthy progress
lcw is focus enough but still cant overcome ld in major and in wjc ms final i believe victor is better in term of power and experience but zul is clever enough, manage to beat him and won the wjc crown
Chen Long is senior, Zul's era is along with Wang ZM, Tian HW & Victor. Zul has the brains, physically he needs to learn to outlast china players. If they can get WCH to coach him(since WCH supposed to retire by end of this year), would be good.

Requirement: For him to become the best in the world, there are 2 things ZZ needs to achieve, namely; No.1: To remain the best over all players at his age and younger. After conquering the world in his age group, it's about time that this young man gets a proper guidance to become the world's best. Not that his father is not doing a good job, but getting into the real badminton world a lot more must be done, ZZ needs to learn more, needs more experience to become world beaters. It is about time his father let him go but only to monitor him from afar so that he will not astray from his main objectives. It is really about time.
Thanks, Chris, He has achieved No. 1 and must maintain it. For No. 2, his major obstacle is CL (not Arif) at the moment and this is a tough one but since it is 2016 in Brazil (hopefully badminton is still contested) he has plenty of time.
It will be great if WCH willing to coach ZZ, together with ZZ's father, provided that he got him this far. If WCH and Zulkifli Sidek can work together, ZZ's gonna do great.
PLEASE DON'T COUNT YOUR CHICKENS BEFORE THEY ARE HATCHED! Don't forget there must be World Junior Champions in the past who did not make it as World No.1. Was LCW WJC? Did he make it to WR1? But he still come up short against LD. Just be patient and wait until China and other powerhouses reveal their talented players in the coming years.
NO. That's not what I think. What I'm trying to remind is that there were WJCs in the past who did not make it big time. Just because ZZ is the current WJC is no guarantee that he will succeed in the professional ranks. There is still a long time between now and Oly 2016. In the interim period, new talents will emerge and those that may not have performed well during the last WJC may well surprise us later. I think for the time being ZZ may be slightly ahead of his closest rivals but if his rivals continue to train hard with very good support from their National Associations and ZZ is still embroiled in political tussle between KLRC and BAM, then ZZ may well suffer setbacks and not be able to realize his ambition. On the other hand, a seemingly less talented player may well overcome his earlier shortcomings/obstacles if he decides to work harder with an improved attitude and environment. I think LCW would fall under this category. Time will tell how things will pan out and whether ZZ will live up to the expectations of so many who are now singing high praises of him. And a REMINDER is not to expect too much and STOP COUNTING THE CHICKENS BEFORE THEY ARE HATCHED! Many talented Malaysian and other foreign players have disappointed at varying periods in the past when they were expected to succeed.
