I have just tried out my SW35, I like the feeling of the racket.... but a little light....still solid.... Only one problem.... I actuallly a lot less power then my arc z or nanospeed 9900?? why?? is it because I am a wrist player??
There are a number of reasons, - you might not be used to it yet - it may be to stiff for you - is it a 4u or 3u ? 4u is lighter than 3u so less powerful. You will need to give it a few sessions, I am sure soon you will get used to it, and experience the full potential of the racket soon
chann, You are exactly correct. There are, actually, a great many Victor fans on this forum. It's just that we don't feel we have to be as vocal as desperate Yonex groupies, who are desperate to impress their mates by showing off their latest Yonex jewellery.......... (tongue firmly in cheek !!!). More fool them
Apparently Super Inside Waves 35 is really good. However, do I sense Spira 21 is treading the Woven 16 path? Just curious. Btw, the Spiral Wind lettering on the shaft near the cone is reminiscent of the Gosen Roots Gavun Aermet Kick point near the shaft's throat! I could be wrong! Anyways, really itching to read a thorough review to decide on whether this Spira thing is for keeps or just a passing zone!
Maybe those racket collectors will know. Because i think those that has bought victor highly unlikely to buy LiNing as they are overpriced
honestly i don't think there is a victor racquet that has a similar feel to the n90 at the moment , but here is what i can provide you with Stiffness SW35 >= n90 Head heaviness BS11 >= n90 do take note that my bs11 which i suspect is off spec therefore being very head heavy. one thing about n90's head heaviness , is that it's heaviness is felt through out the frame evenly, for my bs 11 the weight is felt near the lower half of the frame and the joint, for the sw35 the heaviness is felt at the tip of the frame. so to be honest , if u are looking for that n90 feel , just buy a n90 if you can afford it( you won't be happy in the end if you get anything thats not n90 anyway and u will keep changing racquets in the process) and i don't think there would be a racquet with the SAME feel as a n90, only 75% similarity at most. just my own opinion , perhaps the old birds and rocket collectors have better advise for you
Does victor produce any head light rackets? It seems to me that most of their racket is either balance or head heavy..
