nope, it is not tough welcome to world of fake racket this "bigshow" seller is pretty famous selling FAKE racket this guy is the worst out of all fake seller, why? he blantanly saying it is fake and selling it for sky high price (yes he gained $100 PROFIT from EACH racket he sold, or maybe more than that) yes, expect it is fake let me make it clear yonex racket does not come with box the soft cloth bag has wrong font what is that 30t on the cone code? does it ever exist? JP code with sunrise, meh.. gift: fake grip and fake string, good luck! there is no such thing as "class" in Yonex racket (he said that his racket is class G which is the best one, of course it is wrong) FAKE racket
Hi, i am a newbie both @ forum and badminton I have been playing with my brother really amateurly about 2 months. We broked 4 racquets. It is not because of dropping them or hitting racquets to somewhere. They were just smashed to the parts. Really bad quality. Wooden grips etc... I want to buy 2 new racquets and this time better ones. I am not so experienced even i read lots of topics. Most of members says like, It is not matter which racquet since u are an amateur Nevermind, in my country, quality racquets really overpriced. I can pay 80$ for 2 racquets. So i searched e-bay a bit and found those ones. And i know that models from topic that i read. So i guess they fits for us. I hope they are not fake and fits for newbies, thanks for ur comments. Seller: sun_daniel8868 Racquet: New YONEX VOLTRIC 80 VT 80 Badminton Racket Racquet YY http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-YONEX-VOLTRIC-80-VT-80-Badminton-Racket-Racquet-YY-/250907259887?pt=AU_Badminton&hash=item3a6b3cf3ef#payId It is made in China. I dont know it is a problem. If i can find better quality ones in the prices of 30-40$ (of course with freeshipping, it costs A LOT), i can change my mind. I also searched for Wilson V14 but could not find reasonable prices for my bucket.
that's definitely a fake racket. fake bag also, what? VT80 medium flex? VT80 is a pretty stiff racket! it's too cheap, the real one cost almost 6 times of that! go for apacs.. what kind of racket do you want? spec of the VT80 is stiff and head heavy IMO, stiff and head heavy would be pretty hard to use for a beginner go for something like medium and even balance they have combo deal, 2 racket for US $60 + shipping US $13 = $73 (still in your budget) if you want something stiff (but not necessarily head heavy) http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-APACS-LETHAL-6-AND-FINAPI-88-BADMINTON-RACKET-/320737411730?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aad708292#ht_5203wt_1270 or you want to try one stiff and one medium: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-APACS-E...ltDomain_0&hash=item4aad8005e7#ht_5242wt_1270 http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-APACS-NANO-900-POWER-RED-AND-FINAPI-88-BADMINTON-/320738431264?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aad801120#ht_5243wt_1270 you can choose it from this guy: http://myworld.ebay.com/rackets_bargain_shop/?_trksid=p4340.l2559 rule of thumb: below 280mm = head light below 290 = even balance above 295 = head heavy it is much better racket for it's price (than buying a fake racket which is unclear whether it is good or not) even though yes, apacs copy yonex paint job, but Apacs is an establish company in the market (which makes cheap racket with good quality). they need to maintain their brand name (that is why I believe it is better than random fake racket)
Thanks, that will be really helpfull. I already searched that Apacs and they are quite good for their price. But i am not sure about string's quality. I saw only racquets mostly but in http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-APACS-E...ltDomain_0&hash=item4aad8005e7#ht_3149wt_1396 link for example... Strings looks like too fragile (other adjective maybe not good Eng) I dont want, racquet's string comes apart like old ones because of smashs. I found another seller with same prices but more positive feedback. pro_one_seller Not much difference, huh? I d k
Oh nevermind, i decided to buy [h=1]NEW APACS NANO 900 POWER RED AND FINAPI 88 BADMINTON[/h]http://myworld.ebay.com/pro_one_sports/ 66$ http://myworld.ebay.com/rackets_bargain_shop/?_trksid=p4340.l2559 60$ I probably purchase expensive ones because of more feedback and %99 of them're positive. Thanks for advice again, i hope our new racquets would be comfortable and durable.
I assume, both of them have same quality, same strings and grips. Meh, it should not be hard to decide from that point http://www.ebay.com/itm/APACS-NANO-900-POWER-RED-AND-FINAPI-88-BADMINTON-RACKET-/110709889511?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19c6d2d9e7#ht_3129wt_1396 http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-APACS-NANO-900-POWER-RED-AND-FINAPI-88-BADMINTON-/320738431264?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aad801120#ht_3149wt_1396
string that comes from factory is ALWAYS BAD don't expect too much from it.. usually people re string the racket (with better string and their preferred tension) straight away oh yeah, pro_one_sport also not bad if you want to buy it from them
I visit a sport market today for quality strings. And shop asistant shows me Yonex Iso22 and MP2 models. Both are really under my bucket (2 of them about 50$) but these racquets are 2 parts and have shaft which can be broken (in my experience). So i can buy Yonex Iso 22 or MP2 models (probably Iso 22 prefer) for 50$. Or can buy Apacs racquets for 75$ (shipping) plus Strings. So if Yonex's cheap models (like Iso 22) are durable, especially shaft, i dont want to pay double money since i am not advanced player. Otherwise, i will purchase Apacs and new strings because these racquets not have shaft (1 piece) and better material.
don't expect too much from those two Yonex.. it's made in China and pretty low model yes it's 2 piece racket (head and shaft seperate) the worst thing? those two are not even graphite racket (the head is aluminium and the shaft is steel) have you ever heard someone died because his friend accidentally hit his head with aluminium racket and the racket broken, the shard went into his head and he died instantly? (I did not make up this story, it's real) one piece racket is better than 2 piece racket.. why? because 2 piece racket really prone to rotation while one piece racket can maintain it's shape, the 2 piece is unstable when you rotate the racket, or when you swing it I remember my friend had a steel racket and the racket head BEND forward (makes the head like this "\" not straight "|") it will not gonna happen on one piece graphite racket (such as apacs that I show you) anyway, you can get those two Yonex for $42 (from badmintonalley.com) go for apacs rackets, they have much better quality than those two Yonex (at least it's graphite racket and one piece)
Yeap, however i am newbie i still know one piece racquets really better than racquets with 2 pieces. But the worst thing, there is not any shops who can set up new strings for racquets in my city. So if i purchase new strings from internet, how can i put that on my Apacs racquets? It can not be done with handwork, can it? That is the problem Because string issue, i thought to buy low quality Yonex racquets. It is really a dilemma Maybe when i travel to our neightbour city, i can find a shop which can change strings with quality ones (mine or maybe shop's ones) That is only solve i can think for Apacs Racquets with better strings.
may I know where is TR? you need small amount of sacrifice to get it done in US labor cost alone is around $10 (if you bring your own string) if you really think you want a new string straight away, then that is the only solution or maybe you are not looking into it hard enough. even in Newcastle (small city) I could find at least one stringer (even though it is kinda far) usually any sport shop (that sells badminton racket) could string it for you (but you need to be aware, don't let them to use tennis machine for your badminton racket as badminton racket is more delicate than tennis racket) ask if they have 6 point machine (a special badminton machine with 6 support) 4 is fine if you don't use high tension, AVOID 2 point machine
Asking for a friend. Is this seller legit? Thanks http://www.ebay.ca/itm/50-Discount-...771397259?pt=AU_Badminton&hash=item4aaf77168b
most likely it's a fake don't believe about 50% discount and such, there is no way they could give that much discount (if yes everyone would already do it)
I cannot really tell if it's real or not as they don't give any detail of the racket but don't you think the price is kinda too high?
Well, they are not the lowest, but kinda okay? For example: Victor Super Waves 37, 380RM? That is kinda good price? Could you recommend some shops (with international shipping)?
how about sohubuy.com? they are legit seller (my sister bought an MX80 for me before, but she went to his store straight away in HK) http://www.sohubuy.com/slist.asp?factory=victor&sort=2&topage=2 the SW37 price in shubuy.com is US$114 (compared to SW37 in the website that you give me is around $123) but you need to see how much they charge for handling and shipping fee..
