Hi, I am very new to the game. Any other durable and cheap shuttlecocks to recommend? And where can I get them? Read that protech pt-10 and RSL 7 are good for their prices, where can I find them in Singapore?

Actually I find Yonex Nylon shuttles are quite durable if you don't mind the sound it produces.

protech pt-10 should be around 26-27 per tubes, almost all shops carries that. RSL 7 i did not see, but RSL tourney #1 is about 23-25 per tube, also available at most shops. why not give sealion a try too?

I found Mavis 350(yellow) at Royal sporting house at $23.9 for half dozen, used to be $17.9.
make sure get the green cap(slow speed) one.

Is anyone knows the prices for SOTX's Woven 7 and 8? Is it true that SAFRA in Toa Payoh is the only shop in Singapore selling SOTX 's racket? Thanks in advanced. :)

You mean... inclusive of stringing, I presume?

    BG 66 : SGD 14-16
    BG 80 : SGD 16-18
    BG 68Ti : SGD 16-18

Above are shop prices (yup, some shops charge more than others)...

    Wow, so expensive!!!
I actually going to visit Singapore and thinking of buying a bunch of string back to Malaysia if the string is cheaper in Singapore. If that the case, haha maybe will only get my racquet string there only.

That's what most shops charge for stringing...
You might wanna try getting direct from Sunrise (min order is 10 x strings).
I used to be able to get BG 66 at $8/- & BG 80 at $9/- but my 'source' has switched jobs...:crying::(
I was always under the impression that strings & stringing (both) cost less 'NORTH of the causeway'...:confused::confused:

If you are going to Bras Basah Complex, ask for a quote from 10n10 (1st floor) or Ranking Sports (3rd floor).
