I have to agree.. the lethal 100 is not a popular racket.. personally I dont like the cosmetics done for it.. the design on lethal 90 looks better. But you know what.. lethal 90 is quite popular.. has to be a good reason for this.. hoping to get one soon.. recently I saw the tweet 8000 international.. I like the weight of it. its heavy.. what you guys think about the latest tweet 8000 international?

    Hello everyone...

i'm starting to like APACS VH series since i'm using VH 1800 = it's more powerful than previous racket that i've ever tried like yy ti-10, woven 7, or even at 700...and also the shoch absorption of this racket is really great (i even almost didn't feel any vibration when i'm smashing in the sweet spot of this racket)

does anyone ever compare the series of VH 2020 with VH 2000 and VH 1800 in terms of feeling, power, responsiveness, swing speed, head-heavyness, etc.. ??? because i really want to try the latest series of APACS VH since VH 1800 is out of production so i can't purchase it anymore :(

i really often play doubles and really like doing smash and clear shots,,,and with slightly variation with dropshot, drives, net play...

thank you very much for all your help...

    Hi guys and gals,

My little brother just started playing badminton.
    He is 13 years old.
Quite big for his age in terms of height and power (Eurasion).
    My budget is RM100-150.

I prefer smaller brands like Apacs since it's more bang for buck, not Yonex or so even tough I know they have in that price range but I'd rather spend more on a smaller brand.

If there are no particular model in mind, what specs should I ask the shops?

    Thanks

I would stay away with APACS (except Visible Hollow: VH series) for a 13 yrs old because of vibration issues. However VHs are too heavy)

There must be some junior rackets available from other brands in the market.

for full size - Dunlop Aerogel 5000 (US model - < $100) (flexible & headlight) is worth a try.

    I have VH1700, VH2000(2), VH1300 and new VH1800.

VH2000 & 2020 are the same. VHs are for offensive games.
frame is more aerodynamic than 1800. frames have elliptical shape. it cuts through the air easily.
easy to make points in fast & aggressive rallies.
I have the new VH1800. all the latest VHs do not have the AV caps. I found vibration dampening works well without it for both new 1800 and 2000.
