    Not available in Singapore.

28 lbs as recommended by Astec. The racquet has no problem taking this tension and I think it can take even higher. Frame and shaft is solid and sturdy and very high quality.

You can see the racquet here.

Those who are interested in getting ASTEC Racket, you can PM me thru this forum, I may be able to get them from Susi Sport, own by Susi Susanti's relative. I will be in Jkt on 13th Jan - 15th Jan. As a guide, you can check this web site for the price http://www.centerofsport.com/products.php?idCategory=9 +(plus) nominal fee of SGD 5 + Delivery Cost of Rp. 30.000 (for eg, my own AeroHurricane 72F Rp.485.000 + SGD 5 + Rp. 30.000 = a total of SGD 81- base on Rp 6900 per SGD 1). But bear in mind that it will take quite sometime for your racket of choice to arrive safely in your hand and it will depend on whether Susi Sport have the racket in stock. I will only entertain confirmed purchase out of trust, that entails that I received payment upfront. A policy of no return/exchange of Rackets will apply, but I can assure you that your Racket is new, spotless and original. If Susi Sport don't have your particular Racket in stock, I will return your money in full. I will give my contact numbers only to buyers because i'm not sellers, I can only take a few orders and I'm doing this as a favour for players who I think will enjoy using ASTEC as I do mine. Lastly, the racket will come unstrung, we all have our own private stringing place/s that we frequent and we attest to their quality, and pls do your own research on spec of your racket (head heavy, weight, etc). You have one weekdays to decide if you'd like to own ASTEC in your arsenal (deadline, 12 Jan 2012). Thank you

Their website has been down for quite a while now, so I am not even sure if they are still in "business" or just closing out their inventory. They sell rackets in Carrefour in Jakarta, but their section there has not been updated with anything new in ages. It doesn't seem like there is a push to further the business, or even build a Web presence. I think companies like Flypower are doing better there in Indonesia.

    I agree.

The development of Astec's racquets seemed to be stopped since 2010. They have not released any new products anymore.

On the other hand, the Flypower is more aggresive in developing their products at the present.

Well Astec is now available in France. I've just baught the Titanium Force 32 medium 288mm (but in real with new grip, the equilibrium is at 292mm), and stiff with slim shaft.
The paint job seems to be well ended, lets see if it will last.

I am playing with a middle range Astec Racket named TitaniumForce32 and I can't deny it s a very good stuff to play with! quick responsness, powerfull despite of its mid headweight, and sharp. I use it for single play. For the double, I use a Flypower AttackPower1000, great racket too!
