I would like to recommend a brand call Space Arrow (S. Arrow). Although it is not popular but if you can get cheaper price, it is definately worth it as it's performance is same , as other RM55-60 range (RCL, RSL, Protech, Fei Feng 1001).

    It has great durability.

*Please take note that sometimes you will feel that your regular brand is lacking of inconsistency and durability. This is because of Malaysian weather. Example, the shuttle cock will last longer in more humid weather than dry weather. You can test during rainy day compare with a super hot day. Of course, some batches can be different as they are made in China (4 seasons weather).

We play with Victor Queen (pink) but I want to change for something better. I can have them at $12.90 so I want better for the same price if that's possible?

Hi are there any other brands/models (no Yonex/Li-Ning pls) besides these in the RM60 and above category?

    Apacs - Aeroflight 800
    Protech - World Class
    Fleet - Platinium
    RSL - Supreme

If there is anything you unsure about, mainly their model and name,
you can send me an email or PM anytime.

Basically you can roughly differentiate them according to their price.

hi all! juz wana share with u guys my experience using this new birds on the block! :)

Vandium Gold (rm55) and Silver (rm50)

I've tried both type n they are quite good in durability wise + the flight is also consistent. But got +-2 bad birds in a tube. The rest of it lived up to my expectation. As for the price, i thnk it's fairly reasonable. Will smack these birds more often from now on :)

I will be testing apacs aero-flight 800(rm62) this Sunday. My group used to play with apacs aero-flight 700(rm49) and most can last for 2 sets 21 points game. Hopefully AF800 can last for 3 sets 21 point games. The past 4 weeks, my group was playing with protech models and sealion, many were unimpressed with the durability.

My regular group of badminton kakis have been using fleet gold and fleet f9000 for the past 6 mths. Quite durable. Can usually last 2 games and after that we just keep for stroking purpose. Is the fleet platinum much better than the gold? Can consider a change if there is something better.

My badminton team uses Protech Masterpiece, but I find the speed a little bit too fast & if you notice carefully, you will find that the cork material is a little bit hard & heavy. Probably because of that, the speed is much faster than Protech Championship (another model we tested before).

I actually prefer Protech Championship more than masterpiece, because of its more consistent flight path & not too heavy in terms of its cork material. Not to mention that it's also priced cheaper than masterpiece.

Last Sunday. My group tested Apacs Aero-Flight 800. It lasted about 2.5 games for 21points game and The flight speed was consistent thoughout all games. Total used 8 pcs for 3hrs session. Must try to grade it yourself. :D
