    Thanks BSmith,
But I can't take all the credit. During 06' (when if first started stringing) up to 09' I had always used the one piece method because I felt it was the easiest and fastest way of stringing a racket, until I met Alan and he took the time to teach me the two piece method and explained to me the benefits and quality of his string job. Alan is very meticulous when it comes to stringing and I always see him offer himself to teach the younger kids which is very encouraging to see in the community. Hats off to Alan and Kwun for providing all the content for the rest of us to see.

Considering how many rackets you string compared to Walter and me, you do quite well!!

The Machine is a Victor C-7030
I string the same way as Alan Kakinami but instead of putting the strings while its mounted on the machine I pre-string it to B9. I also use a flying camp for the first 2 strings to prevent any possible slippage and I invented my own knots similar to a slipknot which seems to good tension pretty well and I think it looks cool. Oh and I start the crosses at 8 instead of 9, but Alan told me the pros like it at 8 because theres more power so i'll probably switch to that soon :D

I've learn't something off of each of you, so in that sense the comparison seems quite fair. :)

...even if the other two can string twice as fast as you :D;)

Thanks! I'll be starting my crosses 9 starting tomorrow so hopefully with some time for muscle memory to adjust, I can get down to 10:30. Tonight, I did 2 Yonex NanoSpeed 6000's, the 1st one came out to 11:33 so i kicked it into gear and got the 2nd one to down to 11:03, till then its practice practice practice! Oh and btw these are all Rental Rackets at Royal not customer rackets ;)

There seems to have no drawbacks at all. Wondering if it is because of the clamps, clamp base or 7030 is simply freaking good.

I Hate to bursts ppl'z bubble in thinking this guy is hella fast..but his speed only comes from cutting corners~..anyone who has experience in stringing can automatically tell how harsh he cheats for speed~ :)

That's the main point of those videos, stringing as fast as possible. Of course they're gonna cut corners! I wouldn't say cheating because the result is still a very good quality stringbed.

Yes, Panda can string a racket in 9 minutes no shortcuts, but it would not be a good string job...

...oh Panda forgot to mention the racket would be pre-woven. :p

So add ~7 minutes for the pre-weave/measuring string and it's 9 + 7 = 16 minutes + ~1 for the mounting/cutting strings = ~17 minutes total; no chance against these speed demons like Walter, Alan K. and Kevin Y. :)

Walter still being talked about!!! AK old news!! Victor should definately hire you to string for them at US Open next year, or Yonex might be in need of a stringer, word on the street AK's wife is having a baby so dunno how much time he can commit to stringing, family life..... 12/12/12 nice due date!!
