Is it because thinner string feels tighter as compare to thicker string? 0.68 vs 0.66? I am no expert but i think that could be the reason

I just played with my new Trinity 2 last night and have a question. I found it to be pretty flexible, not sure if that's supposed to be the case or not but I could not get the timing right on it.

Depending on your previous racket, it may take a few hrs to adapt to the faster swing speed, just as it was for me. What're the T2 specs, and your previous racket?

My current most used rackets are the AT900T and Arc10. I have a large variety of rackets though and it usually does not take me long to adjust to a new one but the T2 just seems a lot more flexible than any of my others.

The T2 did feel flexy to me initially too, as I was using a Ti Swing Power SS prior. You'll need to string it a few lbs tighter to compensate for the flex. .................Also, what are your T2 specs? If much lighter and headlight than your previous, then you'll need more play time to adapt to the faster swing and timing.

My AT900T is a 4U (also have a 3U version), I also have a NS9900 and Z Slash so I can't imagine the swing speeds would be that much faster with the T2. I regularly switch between 8 different rackets so adapting is not typically an issue but most of my rackets are stiff to very stiff.

I'll give it another try but it may just be too flexible for me.

Hmmm... what string and tension do you have the T2 at?

The T2 is definitely not flexible. It's on par in stiffness with they Arc 10, AT900T, and Clown Saber.

What is the swing weight? The T2s are lighter than all the rackets you mentioned.

Finally, is there someone local that has a T2 so you can compare, to see if there's a difference?

Ashaway MP @ 22 lbs. A bit low for my tastes but should not affect my ability to play with it.

    The T2 I got is 85.2g, I can't see that being heavier than a 4U AT900T but I'll compare the weights tonight.

That's the swing weight, the actual weight is around 0.75-1.25g lighter. But still, that should not pose a problem as this Panda currently uses swing weights: 84.5g to 85.5g, BP287-288 T2s with absolutely no problems.

If you feel the shaft is too flexible, significantly more so than your other rackets, though doubtful, Panda can't rule out the possibility of a manufacturer's defect. With respect to shaft stiffness, we've had absolutely no problems yet.

I'll see if I can test the flexibility tonight by clamping the handle down on a table with the racket over the edge then hanging a weight on the head to see how much deflection there is. Will compare to other rackets.

Or may just clamp it into my stringing machine then hang a weight on the handle.
