My personal experience is that the durability is definitely above aeroplane. Someone even got crazy 5 games on one shuttle after steaming, which I think could be true but won't take it as average. Flight pattern is good to me and consistent but feedbacks I heard are mixed. A lot people is used to the slowness of aeroplane after a few hits and felt youhe is on faster side. Youhe speed 77 is more close to aeroplane 51. I have tried 76 and 75, found 76 is more pleasant.

BTW, aeroplane didn't show any improvements looking at most recent batch bought by friends, don't understand what the factory is thinking

I will be ordering a few hundred. I'll have a long term review and comparison with Aeroplane and Yonex shuttles. :D

Update on testing. S100 speed 76 is a great shuttle. Consistent, durable, and good quality control. I haven't found a bad one in a tube of a dozen yet. One thing I noticed is that the shuttlecock keeps all its feathers and doesn't break very often. Easily last 2-3 games per shuttle on the average.

Recently bought 10 tubes to test. Durability is not as good as aeroplane black. Faster than aeroplane black and cork is a bit heavy. If you are looking for durability this is not the one you want.

I don't think so.....s100 is obviously more durable and flight is superior to aeroplane black.

Cork is a bit heavy, but it is a solid shuttle, and it will last longer than Aeroplane.

Cork is heavier because it's real 100% cork vs Aeroplane partial synthetic cork......lol

I have bought a tube of s100 and the durability is far superior to aeroplane black or even red. I play for about one hour with one shuttle, both single and double.
Beside, the quality of flight and the control the shuttle gives is the best I have tried so far.

I have also tried the Y200, the best of Youhe in duck. The durability is also excellent, but the shuttles are not as pleasant. The feel heavy and lack in control in comparison. But still god shuttles, very well built.

    Hey wning,

You can purchase Youhe S100 from http://www.badmintonian.com. However, you will need to email sale@badmintonian.com directly when placing your order because the site crashes whenever an order for shipment to Canada is placed.

I tried youhe s100 yesterday, didn't really like them. Compared to RSL classic tourney:
    cost 3 bucks less
Durability is worse. rsl-s hold up 1.5-2 games 80% of the time, youhe's feathers often break in the first game 50% of the time.
Speed 77 is a little slower than RSL 77. Flight is consistent.
Maybe the tube I bought was quite an old one and steaming the shuttles might make some difference.

Youhe S100 is a cheaper alternative to Yonex AS-30.

We have been using Youhe S100 - Speed 76 shuttlecocks in our badminton club in san diego for the past 3 months. We use S100 for games and S101 for training.

S100 shuttles have very similar characteristics to Yonex AS-30. The cork is a little heavy when compared with AS30 and gives a different feel when playing with S100. The bird easily lasts for two games sometimes it lives upto three games. All the birds were used after steaming. Durability and flight feels very good. Without steaming the birds wouldn't last beyond one full game. So i strongly recommend steaming atleast 24 hours before game.

S101 birds are similar to Yonex Aeroclub shuttles. We tried using this bird for match play and ended up using 2 birds for every doubles game. Men's singles game needed atleast 3 birds to get through. I would recommend using this for training purposes only.
