cisita jansen was my senior back in middle high school. She went to BPK Penabur. I was in grade 7, she was in grade 9. i guess. did she win any international challenge title yet?
Looks like MAS will get 3 runner-up positions today, as they are all facing stronger opponents. However it is good that there are 3 representatives in the final.
Wow, I feel like an old man here. Cisita is more than 10 years younger than me and the forumers are younger.
Chow Mei Kuan/Lee Meng Yean will be one of the contender for the AJC/WJC title, apart from the Korean & Chinese girls.
I will be looking forward for the match between Misbun Ramdan and Andre Kurniawan Tedjono in the Dutch Int 2012. The last time they met, Misbun Ramdan won in straight-sets.
Correct... Andre is playing in the German Bundesliga badminton league. The club allowes him to compete in European tournaments.
I think she went to BPK Penabur's SMPK IV or VII or something like that... No, she has not won any International Series or Challenge... She is talented in badminton, but not extremely talented. She is hard working, relatively more intelligent than many, and communicative... Her destiny is not to become a badminton world contender...
She went to SMPK IV penabur. The school that i went before moving to Canada. well back then, she won some national competition i guess.
Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki/Dharma Gunawi have the chance to go far in this tourney after being promoted from the Qualifying: R16 vs Jim Middelburg/Vincent De Vires QF vs either Jelle Kelderhuis/Rein Ridder or Rikkert Suijkerland/Dennis Van Daalen De Jel SF vs possibly Jorrit De Ruiter/Dave Khodabux [3] In the bottom half, Ruud Bosch/Koen Ridder [2] will be the strong favorite to progress to the Final, but, they have to first beat Nelson Heg/Teo Ee Yi in R16.
Was bored and found this: http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...d=04732D86-3C12-46F8-B216-2627BA984A86&tid=22 She was born in 1990, and is playing in German league.. There are many foreign player, like Wong Choon Han, Jen Hao Hsu, Andre Kurniawan, Carl Baxter, Tan Chun Seang (even Kenneth Jonassen) all players and result can be found in the link...
Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki has also joined the Bundesliga, playing for B.V. Mulheim. Andre Kurniawan Tedjono plays for BC Beuel (already secured the playoff spot) and only lost once (in Singles) to Yoga Pratama last year. I believe it has been a good experience for him playing in the German Bundesliga. Not only he can play in the League, but also participate in the several European IC tourneys at a relatively minimum cost.
Andre Kurniawan Tedjono [5] beat Misbun Ramdan Muhd Misbun in 3-sets. He will entertain Emil Holst later today. I am rooting for Andre to go far also as he tends to have a better record competing in European tourneys, having won several of them in the past 4 years. Andre's achievements: 2007 - New Zealand Open GP 2008 - Le Volant d'or de Toulouse, Indonesia IC, Dutch Open GP 2010 - Austria Int 2011 - Swiss Int
No offence but AKT is the most annoying player to watch or probably play !. If anyone has "perfected" the art of stalling/time wasting it is him ...
Well, INA fans probably wouldn't care that much as long as he wins I personally think Boe/Moe is also an annoying pair. Plus some CHN ladies too.
MS R16 Emil Holst vs Andre Kurniawan Tedjono [5] - I think Andre can beat the young Danish player. MD R16 Jim Middleburg/Vincent De Vires vs Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki/Dharma Gunawi - Yoke/Dharma should also beat the junior French pair who lost to Lukhi/Kevin in the WJC last year. Jorrit De Ruiter/Dave Khodabux [3] vs Jones Ralfy Jansen/Ari Trisnanto - it will be an upset win if the INA pair can beat the more experienced French pair. XD R16 Nelson Heg Wei Keat/Chow Mei Kuan vs Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki/Veerle Wijers - although the MAS pair is a junior pair, I think they can beat Yoke and his partner. Andrej Ashmarin/Anastasia Panushkina vs Jones Ralfy Jansen/Cisita Joity Jansen - ditto....I don't think the Jansen siblings can take this match.
