my Kason TSF500 is like that. no grommet groove, but instead there is a grommet strip going from 10->2 o'clock.

btw, the racket is measured and spec'ed by Dink at 85.6 grams / BP290

after removing the plastic wrap, i measured it with my digital scale and it came to 85.35 grams / BP292. so in all practical reasoning, it measured pretty much close to spec.

Kwun, is it something about my eyes or does the racket looked a little "pinched" at 11 o'clock? (maybe the last main a bit tight on that side?)

Thank you Kwun, now you have to get to work and give us some feedback on these new babies, and how they play at 25 lbs. They look very good in red, good things I have ordered some new red Zymax too, I should get mines this week also, very excited.
Also, why so much difference in spec between the two racquets???

tried the Precision Pro last night.

love the feel of the racket. fast, full of feedback, responsive.

but the 85g is too light for me. i have a hard time getting used to it. i am going to string up the Kwun's Reserve and try it out again.

oh, and got a few pretty bad clashes with the racket last night.

upon inspection, i find no damage and instead found some paint of the other racket stuck on the matt coating. that's a first for me.

Payment for the first UK/EU batch has gone in. I was done a solid by... somebody, so there probably won't be any spares, but all my pre-orders are covered.

    Just you wait;).

the weight distribution of the Precision line is completely different than the Trinity line it is hard to do a comparison.

i am more the Precision type of player than the Trinity type.

and it has been a while since i used my T's and it was strung differently etc etc. so it would be unfair to make a comparison here.

my plan is to string up the 88g one tonight and try it out. when i swung the 85g one dry, i thought that's a good swingweight, but in reality, it was too light. the 88g one feels significantly heavier when i swung it dry. but i believe it will be different with strings on it. i have high hope on this one.

the "Kwun's Special Reserve" Precision Pro was rated at 87.8g / BP298 by Panda.

i took out the grip wrap and it measured 87.5g / BP303.

this is going to be fun.

Thanks Kwun, I have readjusted all the labels and added +2mm to the BP.

It was as I suspected, the plastic wrap is a bit thicker this time, adding more weight to the handle.

i just measured the handle wrap for you (including the weight sticker though), and it is 1.55g.

    +2mm sounds around right.
