I measured the wrap to be 1.2g (no sticker) but rounded it off to be just 1.0g.

I already added +2mm on the BP but in actuality need to add +4mm to the BP.

Amazing what a 1.2-1.3g plastic wrap at the end of the racket does to the BP, adds about 3-4mm on the BP.

i am so sorry Dink. i am down to only one Precision Pro.

i took the "Kwun's Reserve" to play in one club.

Janet took the 85g one to play in another club to try.

and she told me i am not getting that one back, she is keeping it.... :crying: :crying:

That's great news for Panda, that means Janet likes it. :D:D:D

No worries, Panda is ordering another batch so more will come your way. :)
Besides, 85g is too light for you. :p

i got to say something about the "Kwun's Reserve" spec.

i think that's one is absolutely excellent.

i cannot find any bad thing about it.

    it has:

    - perfect balance/swingweight for me
    - weighty enough to be super powerful. i mean, super powerful. the sound and velocity that it generates is some of the best i have had. i strung almost all of my rackets with ZM62N@25lbs nowadays and this one stands out the most in terms of sound that comes out of the ZM62N.
    - having a 303BP and 87.5g, it is not the fastest racket in the planet, but i have no problem using it at all. mind you my defense is pretty good even if I use a N90II so i have absolutely no problem with it.
    - the stiffness is towards the high side which is great for me. this fixes the biggest issue with the 1st gen Precision.
    - damping is well controlled, not too much, but not too little. no sign of vibration at all.
    - crisp. one of the most crisp feeling racket. very clean and crisp feedback. very close to Kason type crispness.
    - feels solid and impact is stable. no sign of torsional instability at all.
    - and most importantly, it is lively. not much effort is needed to get a solid pop on the shuttle.

the most important factors to me are: feel, lively and power. and the Kwun's Reserve Precision Pro fits all of them.

i played one evening of pretty tough doubles game and only took me 1 game to adjust to it.

this definite rank as one of the best racket that i have tried.

please reserve all "Kwun's Reserve" spec one for me. please.

Janet says, "it is light and powerful and it is good. the shuttle goes to the baseline with very little effort"

she is a woman with few words.

    *blush* Thank you Sir!

Panda knew it's really good (and many new Precision owners have told Panda the same) but Panda didn't want to get his hopes up too high.

Getting Kwun and Janet's approval means a lot. :)

in terms of swingweight, the 87.5g BP303 (aka Kwun's Reserve) swings very similar to my MX80 (87.3g BP298.5), maybe every so slightly heavier than the MX80. but not much.

so MX80 users will have a point of reference.

the 85.3g / BP292 one is just too light for me. it swing like a light 4U and while i can play with it, it is not my natural swingweight and it will take a lot to adjust to.

    pick according to your preference.

    ^^now that's something...so, how's it compared to your mx80?

obviously, not as stiff... but power, accuracy, speed, maneuverability?

oh.. hard to compare. as they are so close.

MX80 definitely stiff, and faster response on hard impact. someone much stronger than me might be able to overpower the Precision Pro, but may not be able to overpower the MX80. but difference there is small.

accuracy - very similar, not much difference there.

speed - also very close. maybe MX80 slightly and very slightly faster.

liveliness - PPro, seems to have a bit more bounce.

sound - PPro. never heard this kinda of "PACK" explosion before, even with the same string/tension i use everywhere. MX80 is more of a BOOM.

they are so close. my MX80 is leaning on the wall next to my machine right now waiting to get a new set of ZM62 laced on to it. once i have that done i will bring them both for a A/B comparison. it will be close one.

^^ oooh... almost like an mx80 with the same accuracy, but less stiff and more accesible power!

now that got my attention! :D

can't wait for your comparo! ... and i know i'm not the only one ;)

ps. almost sounds like the mx70, which is my current go-to

not really. i do have a heavier spec MX70, but the balance feels different. MX70 i don't feel most of the weight at the tip of the racket. but instead more evenly balanced throughout the head. a light headed NS i will feel that the weight is around the T.

for the PPro, definitely feel that the weight is near the tip.

so it feels more like a MX80 than a MX70 in terms of balance.

Panda always tells me his rackets are good. and i am sure they are all good. but the Precision Pro is not only good, but also seems to be tailored to my taste and racket preference. :D

Hello, I know Panda very well.

I find the Precision Pro to be the best racket among the other Panda Power rackets I have tried. The PPro is certainly my most favorite racket to use. :)

The frame is strong, the shaft is pretty stiff, it generates power very well, and it has great feel and accuracy. Clearing the bird was effortless and smashes were like bombs. The racket is just amazing. Definitely a good racket to try :p
