    Erm, just saying;
Ctcjad, I will be available, but I maybe not for the whole time you're in London (discussed this) and I won't be going to Manchester. <- just updating the list thing
As for the Manchester meet, I will NOT be going to this, but where and when the London meet up is (notational or not) will determine if I can come or not

I'm very interested and will come along to the London meet if I can. :)

But probably can't play much due to shoulder injury but would be nice to put faces to names!

Thanks James, but I've already gotten one BC T-shirt from Chris before - so I will let the UK/European BC members to jostle for those new stocks .......

The club I have in mind has four courts and shuts at ten, but there's several even closer to me (one of which has room for eight). If the numbers get out of control I'll ask about the bigger clubs:).

Sure...yes, please check out the bigger clubs with more courts, just in case. And check out what time those bigger clubs close at night.

Most places in UK (in my experience) close around 10. There are some which may be 1030 or even 11, and some private all access clubs, but we are not b
Essed with a plethora of facilities as you guys are!!

My local club (in london) closes quite late in general, but it's unavailable during 2nd July to 20th August cuz it's an Olympic training venue, so that's not an option anymore :c

The bigger one, Sutton, chucks out at 10 as well. It's a mulit-use hall, so I doubt we'd get all eight courts, but 3/4 is a possibilty. Are we really expecting enough to fill four courts?!?

Somebody should bring a video camera as well - I think James has already bagsied the cameraman role, though.

man,, i've gotta get used to those Brits slangs : chucks, bloody, bugger off
OK, then let's book the one in Sutton and get abt 3-4 courts (still don't know how many will come). I know last time in 2010 T&UC, we used abt 5-6 courts for the baddy event/matches and there were abt at least 40-50 folks (well a few of them came for the satay party only though)..
Worse comes to worst if only less than 10 people show up for the Manchester get-together, we'll just play singles..:eek::p;)

..as for the documentation, don't worry, camcorder will be rolling..

Chuck = throw (in that context, anyway). Speaking of slang, what is this "sin gulls" you mentioned? Does it involve "run ning"?

I've already sent Sutton a speculative email about taking over HALF the hall for an entire evening. If there are no bookings they usually let you roll up and pay at the door, to be honest, so it's probably best to under book and see what happens.

    Rather like Lee Chong Wei!

Such a pity not to go. Miss the opportunity to get plastered afterwards.
