Chris, i am happy to make this the "unofficial" CCC christmas party since i will definiteily be there.

hi all, this sunday there's a christmas party for us all swing patrollers.

    OP shop ball
    time: 7pm
place: the laundry at fitzroy near smith st + brunswick st intersection
    dress up: op shop style
    cost: $15
    music: jazzy style

for the people who haven't been to the laundry, the laundry is more of a chilled out place instead of dance dance dance. and seriously, most of us near a break after the melbourne lindy exchange weekend. i am sure you all would fall in love with the friendly swing crowd, if not the music.

As i always said, get me for a dance later. Let me know if you gonna come so i would greet you at the door at some point. Chris, if you finish your sunday badminton session at some point, it shouldn't be too far from albert park to fitzroy.

    cheers.

Chris, i am sure it's not too far for some of your badminton buddies to head over from albert park. and being an op shop dress code, just dress in your baddy gear.

CCC - where have you been?

some of you might remember Daniel Skivoli, a Norweighn badminton player who used to come to CCC long time ago. here's his reponse when i asked him whether he would come to CCC

"Hey man, I've been thinking about starting up with badminton again, so who knows, maybe I'll show up soon :)"

have fun with this. oh, and don't forget to add him on facebook.

Chris, I wonder how many ppl you gonna get for your session this coming week.

Last nite, DTBA only had around 20 people (6 courts) for majority of the nite and many ppl either come late (arrive 8:30pm) or retire early.

This friday CCC, you guys might have to play some single.

CCC players are fitter than DTBA players. ;););)

Last night at MSAC, our karaoke singer, Carrie-N, said that she felt so good playing non-stop. She said she would like to play on to midnight. :):):)

my dear friend Chris, you and I both know how "experienced" the core players at DTBA are. From the bottom of my heart, hot weather or not, I think we have more people who can play singles than the entire DTBA.

Play till mid-nite, you might be onto something. With the hot weather and that, Aqualink might have more people go to swimming rather than badmintoning. There might be more ppl who wanna all nite swimming instead.

Anyway, maybe she should come dancing. we finish mid nite all the time.

Trying to take Badminton players to go Swimming and/or Dancing instead Badminton?

    .
:D:D:D In a Badminton Forum, your trying to take Badminton players to go Swimming and/or Dancing instead Badminton won't be successful, IMHO :D:D:D
