    yeah normally i have racquet up, but i was going for jumping height in that photo, a shuttle was fed to me but my aim was the jumping and the leg and body flex so i kinda forgot about my racquet arm :D. i did however still smash the shuttle, btw it was a standing jump smash so no step or run up, is the height any good? :eek:

    ah.. here are some more pictures from the same tournament I took that picture from..

    This guy ( Daniel Forrest ) won the MS finals, but I think his jump is nothing as high as compared to Fu Haifeng.. haha.
