Hello there every one I am looking for partner to do semi private with coach Lee Jae Bok in Markham I am justIntermediate player so I try to improve my badminton skills. I can do training on Saturday or Sunday afternoon or evening Anyone interested in just send me a message Thanks
Been training with Coach Lee for almost a year now - he's an amazing coach, I've improved so much already. His schedule's pretty tight, so you better contact him soon. For those who don't know him, you can find out his website here: http://ccbadmintonclub.com/
He was teaching at lee's and moved to Su's and I believe he is now teaching in C2 at Hwy7 and Roddick rd, Markham but I may be wrong. Don't know what ChangCheng is.
Coach Lee and his wife Young-Sook right now uses the courts at C2 Badminton to coach located @ 1300 Rodick Rd. His own club name however is called ChangCheng Badminton Club (CC Badminton), kinda like how E-Badminton uses the courts at Passmore Badminton.
I think it's because he wants to start his own club, and not work under someone else's club. At both Lee's and Su's, he was working under them as one of their coaches. But at C2, he's not one of C2's coaches... he runs his own club (ChangCheng) within C2 and just pays C2 for their courts. I'm sure eventually he's going to try to look for a place for his own.
Been doing private, semi-private, and team training with him. I train with him about 3-4 times a week right now.
about 3-4 people. we had up to 8 people team training at one point, but schedules got a little hard to match so he stopped it for now
Is coach Lee Jae Bok still at this club? I came across this website: they don't list him as their coach but the address is the same: C2 Badminton - facebook doesn't list the coaches. http://thebadmintoncoaching.ca/coach/ Thanks in advance
Coach Lee is still at C2 Badminton Club with his wife Young-Suk (former World #2 Womens Singles). He is not listed as a C2 coach because he doesn't work under them as a coach - he has his own club within C2 Badminton (http://ccbadmintonclub.com/) and only rents their courts for his own private coaching.... similar to how E-Badminton books the courts as passmore for their own private coaching.
Thank you very much. Didn't realize this - very interesting. So wouldn't C2 coaches lose out on coaching fees to Coach Bok? Not familiar with this business model.
Yea sorry I'm not sure how that works or what kind of agreement they have between them - but it seems like Coach Lee brought a lot of business to C2, so I guess they're happy with that.
