Every pro athelete (or even joe club players like most of us) has injuries. The key is how serious it is. Judge by CJ's performance, I think the injury might be very minimal, as he can stay competitive even in the final. Therefore, the reason of being injuried after AE should be a very minor factor for this matter.
Chen Jin Chen Jin won against Lin Dan in IO 2009... wooooooo... he must have practiced so hard... good luck for him in semifinal!!! the final of MS will be very interesting with Chen Jin inside...
^^You can..^^ ..immerse yourself in Chen Jin, the man, the player, LD's sidekick, in this thread below: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53104
i guess the best way to predict chinese MS outcome is to guess LYB's master plan LYB: lum dan, since u worked so hard in the sudirman cup to fullfil my wishes (china sweep), i'll let u take a break before the WC. Let CJ and BCL have some fun. LD: No problemo I can now watch XXF play too (hint hint)
hmmm.. i tried to find thread about chen jin by using "Search" tab.. but it resulted nothing.. :crying: :crying: :crying: so, i made a new thread...
Team CHN in international badminton operates on a team first mantra, masterminded by a brilliant scriptwriter. Bottom line is all moves are calculated towards winning major championships. So guess what and when the next one is. Then try to imagine a sequence of events leading to LD's eventual coronation. Voila!
On a cursory look, it seems Li Yongbo has a simple well-defined plan in place for Lin Dan at the upcoming World Championships. "I don't want you to meet Lee Chong Wei before the WC." Having won their last encounter, it's Lin Dan who holds the psychological edge. And, who knows, that horse could be ridden all the way to August
______________________________________________________________ LD's loss to CJ in the QF appears to be 'orchestrated'. It's inconceivable that LD could lose 21-4 in the rubber game of his match against CJ because he is just too good to lose so badly. It is another case of match-fixing but in this case the country's best player is made to eat 'humble' pie so that he could be tuned to win the WC in August 2009. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: _______________________________________________________________
Why all this speculation about LD loosing against CJ.. Why is it so hard to beleive that "Super Dan" is human and canhave a bad day at work as well as the rest of the top players. I do not think anyone would argue that LYB told him to loose against Chen Long in the nationals. I do not see people arguing LCW intentionally lost in Singapore to avoid showing Bao his "cards" .. etc. Everyone knows Taufik these days sometimes plays a bit uninspired and losses when he is not motivated etc... Just stop over-analyzing, and enjoy the games /Twobeer
Having a bad day?? but sad enough , the jia you fans here would have disagree with you.. they will say lin dan is too generous already yesterday.ld is so caring...etc(and many more reasons)..look at here for more info>> http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1191455&postcount=493
Clearly, there's more to that 21-4 third game. From 8-2 for Chen Jin, the match was over in under 9 minutes. Doesn't that look like someone allowing his team-mate to retain more of his energy for the bigger day ahead? Chen Jin might have won the match. But badminton appears to have lost
I do not think the explanation makes much sense.. If LD wanted CJ to retain energy, he would have lost the second 21-4 instead of fighting back! If he was told to "loose" it would have made more sense to win first big and then let cj win big in second, third (maybe faking injury etc..) I find it just as likely as he "gave up" when the gap became to large in the last set, and felt it would be to tough to combat his way back, and just didn't try to catch up.. I have seen this happen many times (and it has happened to me as well, when I have been feeling ill or unmotivated, and got a really bad start in a decider, that you mentally just throw the game, and dont TRY to turn it around).. /Twobeer
don't say like that.. all of it just try to say that Chen Jin doesn't have enough ability to beat Lin Dan... :crying: :crying: :crying: FULL SUPPORT for Chen Jin!!! you can do it!! just against ur opponents and be the winner to prove ur self!!!
i hope that the match between Chen Jin and Lee Chong Wei will be the unforgetable match... hope they can play with all their strength.. no matter who will be the winner... it's all about the happiness during the match... bravo badminton!!!
