CCC CATS at MSAC on Sunday 16-Jan-2011 (A Short Report) . Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 16-Jan-2011 (A Short Report) We welcomed back Helmut-H, back after absent for many moons. At this CCC CATS we worked on grips, and the usage of grips in different strokes. Later we worked on drills, with each trainee working on different strokes. Leonard-W and ShaoQi-C are still needing to pay attention to the follow-through of their strokes. Surprisingly, Helmut-H and Sharon-O are doing well, after being away for a period of time. CCC CATS at MSAC on Sunday 23-Jan-2011: We could work on Footwork . If there is no suggestion for which chapter/topic we wish to do, we could work on Footwork; since many are still slow in moving around the court. So, wear good socks, shoes and bring along a bottle of drink. .
