haha it did kinda become more painful sometime through sat's session. had to sit out for a while.

but really, the advice from the specialist was to try to return to a normal lifestyle. and to stop vigorous activities only when sharp pain is experienced. cos according to him, i should continue to experience a dull, not-too-intense pain for ~ 6 months more. or maybe even longer. a non malignant pain that is. had i known better i probably wouldnt have agreed to the op





wa tanlee, so many different CCs with "tampines" in it. starting to get confused. anyway hope will be able to make it. got a medical slightly before then

i was thinking, i can try on a regular basis make booking for courts at simei cc.. it is bet tampines and bedok, and next to the mrt - so it is veri convenient to the team...

the problem is which day best suit the majority of us (cannot make everyone happy, so next best is the majority loh …). base on the feedback recently, most of us prefer either mon, thu or sat…

the next booking for simei is this friday for apr 12 game. the timing is 4:30 to 6:30 pm. please indicate if u r interested; should i go ahead to make regular bookings …
