    Nothing to be sad about

In all honesty, Ng Hui Lin is just an average shuttler. Lets face it, she dont have the qualities to be a top shuttler internationally. If we compare her to those young emerging shuttlers from say China or Korea, she is nowhere. I think she may even find it tough against shuttlers from Denmark, Japan, Indonesia or even Thailand or Taiwan etc.

She made the right decision. Yes, concentrate on her studies. Her badminton should be 2nd or 3rd choice.

NHL was quite an average player before SEA Games....but after SEA Games, i think she could developes to a better player together with WKW......provided they dont suddently yo-yoing like HH after AE 03............;)

    well
player wont suddenly change/improve in just one tournament
    its not the player change
its was the opinion toward the player that had changed

Yes, but the player confident does increased after a major win.........this will spur them to move further ahead........:)

They grabbed the opportunity given to play in an important event, to win a crucial point..........this will definately a catalyse to their success in future. ;)

Not like LDR, cant grab the opportunity given and let slipped........he's confident level must be very low now.........:(

Haha, bf NHL started her study, she was best gal player among the Msia youngsters(you should know why).
NHL with LKW won Vietnam IC (XD) in 2008, bf the coaches pair her with KKK. For a spell, KKK/NHL were the best Msia XD pair, LKW couldnt achieve that in his partnership with WPT. She was also the only youngster to actually play in Uber 2008(partner Lim Pek Siah as 2nd WD).

After NHL started her A levels in 2009, WKW & GLY become the better ones. WKW also, 2009 only finally win International Challenge title in XD.

NHL WD partner is not WKW but her sis. Even before that, NHL regular WD partner has been GLY. Since she's studying, dont think her regular WD partner will be WKW.

Looks like to some Bcers Malaysian girls are mostly average players.

first it was Lydia and now Ng Hui Leng.

I personally think she is a good player for WD and MX. She has strong wrist work and she is an intelligent player. will go far if she set her mind into it.

Arif, Daren blow their chances of making Thomas Cup squad

    http://thestar.com.my/sports/story.asp?file=/2010/1/13/sports/5459525&sec=sports

“We expected better performances from them. Their early defeats have certainly diminished their chance to impress the coaches,” said Rashid.
“However, there will not be any drastic actions taken against them. We will continue to review their performances this year.”

    i hope u remember what u said;)

Malaysian Open the platform to test Khe Wei-Vivian

    http://thestar.com.my/sports/story.asp?file=/2010/1/13/sports/5460664&sec=sports

“Our coach (Chang Kim Wai) wants me to give it a shot with Vivian. It will be a whole new experience for us. We have to test our compatibility in a tournament. So far, we are shaping up well in training,” said Khe Wei.
“It will be great if we can face Eei Hui-Pei Tty. It will give us an indication on how much we need to improve and how far we have to go in order to be at the same level as them.”

i will aim to take photo with both of u:p

they could make a good pair given time.

Vivien have been training doubles for one year without much tournament and it could be said that she is making her debut this year.

hopefully they are given a chance to grow
