What's the big deal  Yesterday the Korea even did the worse! Not even completed one game!!
In WD: Jung Kyung Eun/Kim Ha Na (KOR) vs (KOR) Ha Jung Eun/Kim Min Jung 7-10 Retired!

I believe 'retired' is better than just fooling in the court, imagine about playing out, a bit longer, a bit shorter, a bit wider, lower into the net...basically the system simply can't prevent one from being a loser!

    and the Koreans takes it.

    Jang Ye Na / Yoo Yeon Seong beats Imogen Bankier / Chris Adcock : 19-21 / 21-15 / 21-16

    in a rather uninspiring match.

I think you are a bit overreacted. Sure it is a small injury, but an injury anyway. They can fight the injury and try playing if they are playing it for national glory or prize money. But in this case, the national glory is of no problem and the prize money is not much, not to mention Xu/Ma are no easy opponent. There is just no point insisting on. It's called self-protection. Were there not so many (strong) Chinese players in China Masters, you may think otherwise.

so nice to watch WX plays. she is flying and jumping all over the court.

Tine is the other extreme, mostly foot on ground movement and not much off the ground movements.

I give them a benefit of the doubt. In WC, Ma Jin was the one who was injured against ZN/ZYL. Also after some 20 minutes of play.

If this is final, then I would be suspicious. Also if there is no other non-Chinese pair left.

But it is risky to let CX/MJ in the semifinal, I think they may not win against Denmark.
