    Hey ctjcad,

I was there on that men finals day as well. You got me in one of those photo there, lol . I got to meet Lin Dan ,(got pics, autograph etc). after waiting for them outside for over an hour ......and other players that played in the final , saw LCW as well but he rushed off, he looked upset :( but still have time to take photos with some kids .

I left before Fu and Cai came out ? how long after Lin Dan did they come out? Did you meet them and signed anything ?

On one of those photo (when LD went to the crowd), you can actually see the Danish fan who caught Lin Dan's shirt (the shirt is in his left hand)

I know LD, Fu/Cai were in there for a long time for doing drug test but did not realize the other (non playing) team members were already out ! They all came out from the same exit , thankfully there was a really small crowd , otherwise they will exit in thru the other exit.

I met Ko K. in the arena , he is such a cool guy .......

P.s Your photos are really good compared to mine .

What megapixel is your camera ,,,,,,,and you got a really steady hand....
when I say doing drug test (I meant getting a urine sample). Met Mogensen as well , he is such as nice guy (even thou he just lost the final).

I had a close look at LD's bag, it is all signed by people ,fans , family, friends, I wish I signed it now

China's badminton players may have completed an unprecedented clean sweep of all five titles at the London Olympics but the sport has still made headlines for all the wrong reasons.

standard procedure and i believe most if not all players were tested (randomly). not sure abt the result for each player but let's hope (and i feel) they're all clean..
i was waiting outside the arena as well, well after the Sunday's matches ended...saw some CHN players returned thru the back road and was waiting for LD, FHF & CY to walk out. But left after waiting for 15-20 min. Yeah, was told LD, FHF & CY were there at least 3 hrs...The longest was Cai Yun who waited to complete his drug testing for abt 3 hrs..

Speaking of bags being signed, BoogieeigooB got most if not all of CHN players to sign his racket bag (wish if he could post a photo of it)...

That's Liu FengYan, the head of Ping Pong and Badminton Center which governs all ping pong ball and badminton related activities in China, i.e., the real CBA. In addition to being the head coach, LYB is a deputy head. Therefore, this man is LYB's direct boss.

Thanks for the info. :) Here is something I subsequently discovered... includes some interesting statements at the very end...

Liu Fengyan: Clean Sweep Is A New Start
    Tencent Sports | 2012-08-09

    http://2012.qq.com/a/20120809/001279.htm

    Excerpts:

...This result is for these two events a miracle in the history of the Olympic Games."

...After expressing his excitement, Xu Fengyan also expresses his regret on the problems emerged at this Olympics. "Speaking of regret, our table tennis team and badminton team are both young teams. We have the joy of success and the lesson of loss." He says:"It's inevitable for the young team to make some mistakes. But the key issue is how we confront them and conclude."

..."Besides, the Chinese table tennis and badminton also perceive the unbalanced development of the world table tennis and badminton. So we are engaged in working on development project and promote the development of other associations through our efforts", he says. "Only through making table tennis and badminton more popular around the world can we attract more audience, become more attractive and have a much brighter future."
