In the final won by lin dan . Lee chong wei again lost the game.

At 20:44 LCW's net shot was disguised much nicely while LD knew he would not able to retrieve the shot hence threw his racket in the hope that his racket could retrieve the impossible shot thus landing the racket all the way to LCW's court. LCW picked it up and returned it to LD while LD handed LCW the shuttle.

It seems like Lin dan switch from N90 to N50II now.

The above racket seem to be similar to N50II

BWF must be thinking - How come the money is not there for them to promote Badminton to the world, but to promote Badminton in China only?

This event will definitely encourage more parents in China to encourage their children to take up Badminton as a professional sport more seriously. ;););)

As oppose to Malaysia's strategy in schools whereby 1 child must enrol in 1 sport in their curriculum criteria, but without the support and mushrooms of badminton clubs like KLRC, it's almost like jack of all trades but master of none of the sports.

Badminton club like KLRC is not cheap to build and maintain. Not many people owns gold mines in Malaysia. But we can find consolation in knowing many badminton centers( such as BSC at serdang raya) offers high quality coaching for kids and adults. I see a lot of kids and teenagers train at BSC consistently.

Ever wonder who is richer in $$$, LD or LCW? Not counting sponsors & government bonuses, surely LCW who has reached finals more than anyone else in so many tournaments has more prize money than LD?

Ld should be richer. Just because China has a much bigger market than Malyasia

Not sure about earlier year.. but LD has won the biggest payout tournaments like Korean Open (and also the Four-kings) tournament this weekend.. the prizemoney alone on those two is far biggar than LCWs total sum of prize money 2011 !!! Basically LD seems to focus more on the tournaments that either are big titles (like WC, OG, TC, AG, TC etc. ) or provide big monetary incentives for winning, like Korean Open and 4-kings etc., and downprioritizise low-value tournaments...

Personally i think it makes alot of sense.. And if organizers wants that hard-fought battle between LD and LCW.. I really think they should pay enough to encourage the players to prioritize that event.. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys :)

With the RMB1M cheque, why even bother with massage chairs when LD can buy the real thing...:p:D

Like the old fella at Kentucky Fried Chicken said 'Finger licking good'....once LCW tried (maybe he tried many times already:p) the old fashioned massage letting the strong fingers do the job, bet he throw those chairs away unless he wants to open a store to sell them:D:p
