Poll for Another CCC Social Play at MSAC . It doesn't look like many of our CCCers are interested to have another session at MSAC on another day/night. .
I guess we can have a mix of Aeroplane Black and Protech? lets say 1 box each for a social! Best of both worlds and price not too bad as well.

Seems like there's a bit of different opinion in regards to the new shuttles. Some says it's lighter, some says it's heavier.
Some say it's lighter, some say it's heavier . I notice that some CCCers prefer heavier shuttlecocks, while some prefer lighter ones. IMHO, it's better to have 77 grains for summer, 78 grains for winter. But for our competition players, they should acquire the skill to play with shuttlecocks of different speeds. They need to be able to perform well with different shuttlecock speed. .

The rules for our "CCC Social Challenge Matches" . With new players coming to play with us, we will post here the rules for our "CCC Social Challenge Matches" 1. Terms used: 1.1 Qualification Match = Your first match. 1.2 Challenge Match = Your later matches. 2. Conducting the Schedule of our Matches: 2.1 Before starting, first find a partner. For players looking for partners, please don't be shy to post in this thread to look for partners. 2.2 If no partner is found, then see chris-ccc. 2.3 With set (limited) number of participants, we should have a quick turn-over of matches. Therefore, warm-up hits are only permitted for Qualification Matches; There shall be no warm-up for Challenge Matches. 2.4 After your Qualification Matches, there should be 4 winners and 4 losers awaiting to play in the next scheduled matches (the Challenge Matches). Here, players may exchange partners if they wish (amongst the 4 winners or 4 losers). 2.5 The shuttlecock being placed under the net in the middle of the court is for the next scheduled match. 2.6 Court No.10 is used for losers' Challenge Matches. 2.7 Court No.11 is used for winners' Challenge Matches. 2.8 After your match, please remember to place the shuttlecock under the net in the middle of the court for the next scheduled match. We welcome other suggestions to help make our CCC Social Challenge Matches more efficiently run and more exciting. .
